    I'm VIP rank 78 and still get 3600. Really stupid with different prices. I work with sales and marketing and been doing so the past 10 years but this is one of the most unlogical things I've ever seen.

    They must be doing some kind of A/B test. It's not going to work on anyone in the community here (or on Reddit, etc.) - we all know there are two price points, why buy for 3600 if there's a chance that it'll settle on 2500 later? - but the majority of the user base aren't in the communities and will have no idea there's a different price point for some users compared to others. So the test will work just fine.

    The 2500 deal doesn't include tokens, only has 4K ISO and 1 CP.


    The 3600 has tokens, 10K ISO and 3 CP.

    The main differences I see between the 3600 HP and 2500 HP offers, are 4 Elite Tokens, 6000 Iso, and 2 CP. So, per devs thinking, that difference is worth 1100 HP? What?

    colorless cover was the make or break for me buying this one, cause i need IF green but i was offered blue and i already have 7 blue and black that will expire in 7 days or so cause i only open tokens at the start of season.

    Oh I see. I thought they were identical. 

    Still not worth 1100HP more to me though. I'd rather the 2500HP offer.

    As long as it will cost 2500 Hp I will buy if there is a character I need/like

    I got the 3600, I might have bought it if it was 2500.  The extra ISO and CP is not worth 1100 HP to me.

    I'm a long time player, and had previously spent a bit of money (not whale $, but more than casual spending). I stopped spending about a year and a half ago, due to my dissatisfaction with some of the decisions being made.

    The Heroes for Hire deal that my account has been presented with is very appealing - to the point that I was just about to spend some money again. Nothing much, just a Logan's, but this would have been the same as that first hard sell.

    I guess it's clear now - by my use of the past tense, "would have" - that things​ didn't go to plan.

    I came to the forum instead. Here I discovered that you're using A/B testing again. Due to that, and the duplicitous nature by which you withheld that information (a conscious choice specifically designed to trap some customers into paying more), I will not be giving you any more money.

    I want to be very clear, so that there will be no misunderstanding:

    You had nearly converted a hardened ex-customer into a paying customer once more. If the 2500hp deal had been Universal, you would have achieved that.
    Well said!! I hope this opens up some eyes at the devs team. Cheep shooting players will only result in players stop playing and looking elsewhere.

    This appears to replace the limited character vault which was 7 days, 20 tiems, 3600 hp. So instead of 3600 one/week they now want to milk us for 3600 EVERY DAY

    Problem Here..all of these covers are the "first" power for the character

    if dev's won't randomize this (or at least mix it up somehow)make them colorless or let us pick the color (offer 3 deals with the color of the cover being the only difference but only allow us to buy 1)
    for 3600 HP I don't feel that's unreasonable

    It looks like this replaces the 4* vaults which ran for 5 days.  Those were 3600 to empty-same price point.  Too much for me though.  
    Also, I can scroll the avail covers for 4's at the bottom.  They are selectable and they say "expires in x days x hours".  I chose a "future" one (wasp), clicked the 3600 tab (I don't have that) and the game prompted me to buy HP.  It didn't say "not available".
      

    @Brigby Are all covers purchasable on day 1, then drop out one per day? Just curious.  Not buying at this rate either way.

    Aye. 2500 HP is more reasonable, plus more enticing, and if everyone was offered that, I'd be all for it. This mess? This tinykitty mess? It's making me so sick that it is killing my addiction to play right now. I'm just so tinykitty fed up with these devs at this point. If they really don't make a change for the better by the time my VIP runs out, and I don't find something that gives this addiction back, I could be done. Not just with VIP or spending money, but just tinykitty done with this game.

    Half a star. 1/10. If I could go to negatives in a rating system I would.

    Fortunately you don't have to buy it if you feel it's too expensive. I won't as long as it costs 3600 at least. At 2500 HP, maybe.

    This is a great post. I thought it was strange we asked about the price and got "I'm not really sure, but you'll find out soon!"  Super deceptive and definitely not ethical. Could have just offered everyone both options and see what people bought. 

    Overall this isnt isn't a bad deal at 2500 HP. I just won't be able to afford it.  They'll make a killing off whales though. I think I'm sitting on around 200 HP.  If it's like DDQ though it isn't that long before a cover comes around again and I could try to save up for the handful I really really want. HOWEVER, if I get a cover I desperately need in the color I need, and they price it at 3600 I'd be upset

    Seems pretty good art 2500. I'll definitely be using this when covers I need come around if the price stays here. 

    One suggested tweak: have all the covers expire at the end of the week instead of day by day. People will just complain that you can buy day five on any day but get locked out of day one if you're still saving up hp.

    This is somethibg strictly for the whales, its there to give them something to do with the hero points that they purchase in the buy clubs.

    It's exactly my vault (SR 67, no VIP-status).
    I see exactly the same on my Steam account (SR 78, never been a VIP) and I have 6 more offers (all 2500 HP) for the coming days.
