Ok so you have two issues which are commonly complained about.

Vaulting and 5* acquisition. You had the chance here to fix both and make money and did not address either really.

I know some people get that 'multiple choice' store which kind of helps with the vaulting but at 3600 hp you're not gonna get many takers. Why?

The main reason is covers are not as rare as they used to be so trying to price it close to the old Hp whaling price is silly. People paid that because covers were rare, this price point is a year too late. It also does not even address 5* acquisition.

Create a new store which offers:

1 5* cover (not a token)

2 vaulted 4* covers

and charge 8k hp and it will make money and address both of the aforementioned issues. Also...stop doing these stealth price point choices, announce the price points in a survey and see what people think via that method. Stealth releases like this don't engender good will when people realise other people are getting better deals or choices

For what it's worth, I rebooted my phone and tablet and it's still the same available at the same price. I'll update if it changes.

This is all pretty farcical. All my offers display at 3600HP, yet others are seeing 2500HP.

I like the idea of a store where you are guaranteed buys. However at these prices there are only a few covers I'd even consider buying:

 Teen Jean (5/3/3) Blue or Green, Thoress (0/5/5) Red, Nova (5/2/2) Yellow or Black, & Iceman (0/5/4) Green. 

Outside of those 6 covers I will never buy this. Those also are extremely unlikely to change because all other characters are either vaulted but not good enough for this price, or non-vaulted and laughably easy to get. This might be more appealing if they hadn't vaulted so much.

My vault is 3600 whilst others in my alliance and alliance family have it at 2500. I might pull it at 2500 but not at 3600

I think they are just doing price point checks again. They had 3 different stores they wanted to test and used us as paying beta testers...again

WHY this difference in prices? mine was 2500hp for IF,Cage3,Panther,Strange;hulk 4000 iso and 1cp and 1 elite
I am rank 94.....my teammates paid 3600 and the difference was +6000iso and +2cp and +2elite

SR 80 and I'm seeing the 2500hp cost. That's how much it used to cost to buy a 4* with HP, so it definitely looks like a reasonable cost to me. The one & done limit, and specific colour cover are sufficient to prevent whale abuse.

There's a good mix of current and vaulted characters, which makes this a more appealing prospect for finishing off those 12 cover champs people may have in their rosters.

I... I actually think this may be a very good idea.

in the bottom there was a tab to see upcoming offers, game reset and now their gone. it was HB and after that medusa for me.


BTW i'm rank 97 (cost 3600 HP) had 4* IF (needed green offered Blue) + 4 (3*) + 4 elites + 10k iso +  and 3CP




The should be working on making colorless covers instead of weird offers (vintage Heroic and now limited sales)

Just FYI on my fresh SL5 mobile account the offer is:
3* Iron Fist
3* Luke Cage
2500 ISO

for 1000hp.

Is anyone even trying to test it or are all the prices made for super whales?

I can tell you now I wont be paying 3600HP, even once, if other people are seeing the same offer for 2500HP. Why am I being charged more?

Why on earth would I buy anything in this game anymore when the devs have proven they'll just alter anything of any use and offer pennies on the dollar thereafter?  No more nonsense. No more ducking player feedback. It's just mind numbing how badly D3 has missed the mark at this point. 

Over 1k days in this far, and I'm gonna give them 30 more to fix this major mistake or I'm outtie 5000. 

If you don't like the offer, just vote with your wallet and don't buy it.

Not really relevant IMO. If you like an offer, buy it. If you don't like the offer, don't buy it. Sales numbers will show which ideas are appreciated by the player base and which ideas weren't so good.

Sure. 100 players ignore the store, then 1 whale drops few thousands of dollars and devs claim it was very popular and a massive success.

In which case the whale's spending presumably goes down in other stores too. In the case of whales I suspect they keep a closer Eye on exactly what they are buying anyway. I doubt that would be enough to call it a success.
