Were you using any of the infinite turn loop combos in the last PvE, such as MStorm + Thor in the desert/jungle, or MN Mags + CStorm?.

My thor isn't maxed, neither is my MN mags. So I've not been using them.

I have no idea how I manage to get into grouping, whatever it is, I'd sure like to know how to get out from this sinkhole..

Have you been killing encounters in the 100+ range before?

Right now, the only ways it seems to get out of the "sinkhole" is through a combination of wiping to these encounters plus time for the rating to decay. That said, your PvE MMR might not decay over time if you don't intentionally wipe to the encounter at least once periodically. Other than that, PvE MMR only really significantly goes down between events as a form of a "soft reset" for the next event.

Hey guys! Something I've noticed about this event structure. Yellow cap is being given out as the reward to the top 20. However, 3/5/5 is the optimal build for cap. Assuming that you have 2/2/2 cap covers from the last times hes been given out, this means that if you place top 10 in the current bad is good pvp tournament, then there is no reason to go for top 20 at all: top 100 will get you the red cover you need to max Cap out!. This means that you might as well be super casual for these events since the difference between top 10 and top 50 is 1.5k iso, assuming you have a 2/2/2 cap. woot!

I loved that roster, level 100 IM40 / 85 A. Wolvie / 1 2/5 mBW was doing work for me that round. BP obviously is miles ahead of that team even by himself, but I had a blast playing my super derpy team during that event.

Oh, it was fun, but it's also definitely lower level overall because the roster you have back then. I was sending guys I didn't even remember that was on my roster to their dooms in a futile attempt to try to get another 100 points.

Assuming your alliance is able to also be in top 100 *grumble grumble*

Wish they'd rotate reward covers, especially with it being the prize 3 times

Right now, I have 5 covers of characters I don't have on my roster. The Hawkeye, 2 Ragnarok, a Bullseye, and a Daredevil. Should I try to recruit them all to try to have all of the characters, or get rid of some for being fairly meh?

If you don't have enough room for all you can safely dump Bullseye at least. Then Hawkeye. Both being 2*s will make them easier to obtain if needed in the future compared to the other two 3*s

I could probably get a few spots for them, but they are all kind of... well... awful. Only reasons for any of them would be this event or the DA event (Only have Daken and Ares).

But you know what? I needed this blue cover to complete Bagman. And we all said here that this will be the 'Bagman event'.
So, I think it makes sense and I'm happy with that

Son of a... well, mine. I left my iPad unattended for like 5mins and guess who found it? My sweet, devilish 2 year old boy. He managed to unlock it, open up MPQ and sell my 1/1/1 Human Torch and 5/2/2 Daredevil. That little runt. He does test my patience sometimes, but this was a new record. I don't mind losing DD (who would?) but I needed that HT at least for this Heroic PvE.

Anyway, I already sent a ticket to D3 customer service but since we're in the middle of event I can't expect them to respond in time. I got so desperate that I already bought Fired Up 10-pack with my last left-overs from Stark's Salary to keep up fighting in the restricted nodes. What I got? ONE black HT, one black Psylocke, one MHawkeye and whole lotta Bagman. Tiiiinykittyyyyy...

(on a retrospect: I could have used that HP to buy three LazyCap covers straight away instead of Fired Up pack and save my nerves. Dang, I act so stupid in haste sometimes).

I know people say this every Heroic, but worst PvE event ever.
A terrifying glimpse into what the game would be like if every character were as bad as the bottom-tier ones - unplayable.

On the positive side, Human Torch is pretty awesome - there isn't usually a correlation between low health & high power (hence the strongest characters are often tough as houses), but Human Torch is defintiely a glass cannon with actual firepower.
