    Happened four more times at least yesterday. This is total B.S., you guys need to fix your game instead of doing numerous things nobody even wants. The development process for this game is a joke, no QA, players are the beta testers. I for one, am tired of getting crapped on and doing your jobs in the process. I've never seen a company push away paying customers like this one does. But believe me, I can take a hint.

    I'm still getting board drop of deaths on a regular bases. I'm playing on an adroid phone. At least once I now have also received a crash mid game.

    My guess is that these crashes occur when there is no viable move available. As MPQ determines at least one viable move to show to the player this could lead to a null pointer exception leading to a crash. If this is true, that means the logic to determine whether the board is viable is not complete.

    Unfortunately the crashes follow a board drop so quickly that's it's not possible to take a screenshot to test my theory.

    They don't happen on a matchless board. It just happened to me twice at the end of the Thor PVP, and each time it was right as the board dropped and I was about to click to make a match.

    I play on Steam, and it happens on two different computers. It happens multiple times a day, and it has been happening for a long time.

    This needs to be fixed.

    Three more yesterday. One in the second match I played, the rest within the first hour. I'm about done with this broken @ss game.

    They mention in another thread about some sort of fix, but nothing seems to have changed much at all.
    I definitely see a higher frequency during (but not limited to) Lightning Rounds.

    What's great is that I don't get compensated a cent. icon_mad.gif

    Pretty cheesed that I can't play LR's without it crashing.
    And being that I play on PC - if I need iso - considering we don't get intercepts LR's are a big part of my iso income.

    -and again in PvE. Wiping my LR seeds. Awesome.

    Once again! This literally happens about 3x per hour that I play. I usually try to stay patient with all the bad decisions these guys make on a day to day basis but this in infuriating. Why this isn't the number one thing on their to do list is just baffling.

    If that is a cause, it isn't the only cause. Just had a BDOD a few minutes ago, and I did specifically notice my board started with at least a

    I was actually moving my finger to flick it when the game crashed.

    ...But it's usual to Steam users to be put aside! Again and again.

    just dropped over 50 points to a seed team in LR because of this, thus losing out on top 25.
    This is never going to get fixed.

    I'm still getting them at least twice per day (max so far in a single day is 7 times) , since July 2016.
    What I know is if if was an employee and something I made was still not working after 2 weeks, I'd fired.
    Get more people working on bugs D3.
    That many bugs for a match 3 game is inexcusable. Something not working right for 8 months, can't find the proper pg13 words to describe.

    THREE times today trying to clear DDQ. Also the support has admitted that there are problems with the Steam-version on Windows 10 and that
    The developers are working hard in order to resolve the issue
    . Should we all bomb support with crash dumps? They are located here:

    I have 68! of them since june 2016.

    This game owes me so much in healthpacks and ISO from lost seed teams.
    If they actually gave us iso for every crash report we sent in (like any decent company who respected their playerbase would) I'd be swimming in ISO!

    I used to have it happen a couple times a week, seemingly more so during lightning rounds, but I uninstalled and reinstalled the game about a month and a half ago, and it's only happened to me once since. Could be just conjecture or dumb luck, but may be worth a shot. Especially now that you can restore your game without going through the tutorial anymore.
  • This happens to me two or three times per day (Steam player). And during the last two days (Juggernaut Heroic) I noticed something interesting. It NEVER happens when my heroes are at low health or have around the half HP. At least one of them must have full health or almost full health. Now I can explain to myself, why it happens so many times on yellow nodes, where I choose the hero-copies, they always have full health. Not really bad on the yellow nodes, they are not my heroes, but on the other nodes it´s annoying, because most of the time I used healthpacks on them before I started the mission. Of course, it can happen also if I start playing or my heroes did not take damage from missions and have full health. But after using healthpacks it´s just upsetting.

    Please fix this!

    Are they ever going to fix the crash close out on node start bug. This happens to me at least twice a week. Its getting a lttle old that characters are taking damage and not a single match made.

    I get this too but little differently: It "crashes" ie pauses and goes away from program and when i go back it bounces away again and then when i finally can come back, i see game is in pause mode and i can continue game normally...
