    Mine doesn't do that either, that was more of a "it'd be cool if..." situation.

    On a separate note, I've created a spreadsheet for our team. I took things from entropic01's ISO calculator spreadsheet and dsj108's roster spreadsheet and made one for us. Here is our information. I'm still making small tweaks and such, but it should be pretty much done. I had made an area at the end of each person's tab for events since I thought we would be able to keep track with the most recent patch, but I don't see it anywhere on the android version, so those will probably be empty unless we all remember what points/rank we got.

    Anyways, let me know how you like it. If you don't like anything on it or want to make changes, let me know since a lot of the information is derived from other cells and tabs and stuff.

    I wish there was a way to scrape that information, but i play on an android and i'm not savvy enough to come up with an app that does that. As long as everyone updates their sheet, we should be fine. You just have to change the levels and the covers and that's it. Everything else runs on derived values, lookups on other sheets, etc. I'll go in from time to time and update people's sheets. I have a "Date Modified" column on the Rosters sheet. I'll just go by that to update sheets that haven't been updated in a while.

    Hi guys, I've got a hell of a lot going on in real life at the moment and kind of feel like I'm burning out dealing with that along with trying to get online to do my part on MPQ.

    As such I need to let something slip and obviously real life is more important. As such I'm going to be stepping down from the alliance and dont expect to be playing MPQ for quite a while. I'd rather you got someone in who can play and score the alliance some points for those sweet sweet rewards icon_e_smile.gif

    So basically I need a volunteer to take over as being in charge. I know it not necessarily needed at the moment but if the game ever evolves to the point that alliance leader decisions are needed I'd rather leave us with someone at the helm than not. I want to get this sorted over the next day or so and definitely prior to the end of the simulator as I wont realistically be able to take part in that and I'd rather the alliance got the points from someone who can. So, any volunteers?

    Okay, I updated the spreadsheet so that if you hit the soft cap of your level and covers, the level cell will turn pink. If you happen to see the level cell turn black, then that means I don't have that particular soft cap for that cover combination. If you see it, then please go to the Level Soft Cap sheet and update it accordingly. Either that, or just post here the soft cap and covers for whatever character you have updated.

    If you'd rather have an actual column with the soft cap level, then let me know and I'll update it.

    Also, if anyone wants, we can be facebook friends. That way, we can all get extra stuff with the facebook rewards. My facebook user name is "iamzero.mpq"

    Chaos Rising are now looking for 1 more member to fill our 20th spot that has just been vacated.

    We're not scary 24hr a day mentalists (well, mostly) but we do ask that most members contribute at least 600 points per PvP and attempt to rank well in PvE. On that basis, someone scoring 9000 to 12000 points in season 1 would fit in nicely to our profile. We're well on track for our Nick Fury's but it's not too late to join, so if you're a competitive friendly type with a decent sense of humour then let us know!

    I have recently applied for a spot in Choas Rising, I'm very dedicated and always finish at least top 50 or better. I'm will do my best and will alway push for the alliance. I was previously in another Alliance but I'm currently looking for a better opportunity.

    I think everyone is OK apart from Xios who can't be removed due to commander status, and Fleckles leaving as leader (who afaik was the only one who can raise a ticket to remove commander status). He still occassionally turns up to play one or two games a day and collect his alliance reward though...

    thepointless is new and deserves time to perform in a top Alliance, while Deathpig and Boneshizzle probably need to up things a bit in S2.

    In all honesty, I think 8000 points should be about the 'baseline' for season performance as there will always be star performers and sometimes RL stuff and holidays get in the way of achieving high scores (yeah, excusing myself a bit for being on holiday a couple of weeks back). 8000ish shows a consistent top 25/50 performance in PvP which is about what we need to ensure we always stay in the top 100 for each event. 8000 is also about half the score of the top performers and it's not really fair on them to be pulling over double the weight of others - especially when you consider the difficulty of getting 1100 points per pvp compared to 550.

    I'm very pleased with how we turned out. I enjoy the alliance. It's easy going but have some highly skilled players.

    the game is killing me so I'm going to need some down time to recoup. A lot of the ending times are at 11AM for me and that's when I'm at work and I leave by 9. It's hard to compete when I miss out the final hour. I'm going to try to put 500 points into every pvp but I'm tired of paying D3 for their lousy game so I'm going to tone things down for a bit. As for pve, I'll try to put some points in whenever I can. Don't expect too much from me for about a month though. Puzzle quest has been sucking up my spare time, so I think with summer comig I'm going to divest my time into outdoor activities and get toned up for my fiancée lol icon_mrgreen.gif .

    As for the guild , let's assign a new leader and co leader? These would be the only two people with commander status in the guild. I think once we figure out who is officially in charge, we can submit a ticket to support and have them change it for us. It's a good time since we just started s2. I hate to kick people, but the people in our last bracket are basically just logging on and getting alliance and daily rewards without contributing. This isn't fair to the other members contributing.

    Keep up the good work guys. Remember MPQ is only a game. As long as you're enjoying the game, more power to you. If you're feeling burnt out, like myself, it's okay too to take a breather. Thanks again for all your time and support!

    No clue how the PVP landscape is going to change with the Spidey nerf. I, for one, used him as the backbone of my PVP team (w/ Pun or GSBW) and his damage avoidance/heals were the only way I could survive the long stretches of matches needed to reach high ratings without getting slammed back down. Season 2 numbers are going to look a lot different than Season 1, I think, so we should keep that in mind when thinking about what we'd like to see from members.

    I know where you're coming from but Spidey is hardly been nerfed into oblivion and while he's a big factor in PvP I personally have never used Spidey or C.Magneto (due to lack of covers as a later joining player) and have had to rely on OBW to see me through matches without burning health packs. Fingers crossed you can find a decent replacement if the Spidey nerfs do hit hard.

    Personally I like the look of Sentry / Hulk / L Thor as being pretty big deterrants to being hit. No-one really wants to go up against almost 30k of health and the suicidal tendancies of Sentry blowing their health to bits if he's not taken down quickly. Once I've got 6 or maybe 9 Sentry covers I'm almost certainly going to boost him into contention for a role in my PvP team - especially as a 'last match before a break' character.

    As for new Leader, I'm not up for it myself (demanding job, wife + 2 kids etc) but there's not many people I'd be against getting the role if they wanted to do it. We certainly need to get it established for ticketing purposes, although I'm not sure how Demiurge / D3 would know who our chosen leader is, even if we decide internally.
