I'm in a similar boat. I have 3 maxxed 2*'s, three more 2*'s in the 55-70 range, a level 100 3*. I have both 4*'s, 12 of the 15 3*'s and 9/12 2*s (and the other 2*'s I dropped just to avoid making a slot for them).

I'm in a small alliance right now, but I'd like to join something more productive. If you need a slot, I'd be willing to pay for one.

When I'm competing, I usually do pretty well (top 10-20) but often, life happens and I'll just go out with friends of whatever. I'd like an alliance that doesn't feel like a let down to me when I push hard, but isn't going to kill me just because I took it easy on an event.

Whoa boys! I didn't even get to add a slot! You all beat me to it. And so far good work in this tourney. Right now I'm in the top 15 overall for my bracket. Last I checked the alliance was #12 which is not too shabby so keep it up!

Also some advice to the newer players in the squad. It looks like most of you are doing this already but save your hp for opening up new roster slots (there are thousands of different possible characters and character variations in this game.) Be cognizant of choosing which powers to build up, some characters powers are far better than their others. i.e. 2 star Magneto's blue power, iron hammer, is basically useless even@ 5 covers so I've found his best configuration is 3 blue 5 purple 5 red because his purple and red kick ****. Lastly concentrate your iso on your 3&4 star characters first and drop the one star players altogether (their just not worth the iso)

Except MStorm. She can be a beast if used correctly. Always kill a MStorm first or she will come back to haunt you, especially on a desert level.
