    The Best There Is seems to be just placing your bet on which support character (Spiderman/OBW/The Hood) will win since Patch can pretty much obliterate anybody on his own. Looks like Copps and I both bet on The Hood.

    The problem with the PvE event is that it's way too easy. The rubberband is designed so that you don't have outcome of long events decided very early, and that only works if people can't trivially beat all the missions. When Patch and OBW are your boosted characters and the enemies are as weak as they are, there's just nothing stopping the total yo-yoing of positions. The enemies aren't even very high level, but even when they are, they don't have any really nasty combination. I'm guessing since this is the part of the story before Ares joined up, he's not allowed to show up, and that actually leaves the DA roster rather crippled. Daken is pretty much the only guy who's keeping the event from turning into a joke.

    Yeah I'm running the hood plus spidey now since patch wins on his own even at my paltry lvl 83 his red can kill or almost kill an opposing patch even at level cap.

    I bet on the Hood as well. I've had a surprising number of defensive wins with him. I suspect Hood slows the other team down just enough for Patch to start laying down some hurt.

    Hey fellas, been really busy with work.
    An update on my status
    Shielded at 648 in first (2 defensive wins) 141 patch 100 spidey and 100 hood. Note able player is Berto_y and pats123.
    4th overall in iso 8 with 21533 1st has 21663.

    Woke up at 4.30 am and played Unstable a bit. I think people are right - no point in playing now, as the rubber is going up all the time.

    I unshielded in TBTI and started grinding. Finally got BubbleBoy from S.H.I.E.L.D for +39pts. Attacked and I'm shielded at 905pts.
    ChopsB is #3 with 823. Phantron is unshielded at #8 with 631.

    Well I'm shielded until morning at 758 now hope to make another push to 800+ in the morning. Hope my bracket stays easy it would finish off my iw green.

    Shielded at 774, which is 2nd by well over a hundred. May make a push in the am once the east coast retals come through. Guess it'll depend on the rest of the movement in my bracket.

    At 3 in Unstable, but that was mostly because I needed something to play....

    Ugh, I've hit the jackpot, several S.H.I.E.L.D. players in my TBTI bracket. Wish there was some kind of warning popup on entering PvP. Something like "Alert! Joining now will make the next days of your life extremely miserable! Abort or cancel?".

    How did Excel lost a ton of points? Forgot shield refresh?

    I got an interesting attack from team of 40-ish *hawk, captain and not full ** Wolvie... And the guy is well above 600.
    Whatever, bashed him back with X-force (obviously) to get back my points with extra. Last seen myself at #15 with 560, will be some climb to 800 in the evening. I think plan A is to shield for 3h at -4.5 this time.

    ISO is as boring as ever -- don't forget to do the low point mission at least once to see the story.

    you know what would be nice? to know how many times you're skipped. that way you could know if the defense team you have in is working, making people avoid you.

    Hey Phantron, sorry I hit you so often but you were the only good match I was getting, lots of 10 point matches and you were the only one giving me 30+ AND you keep showing up even after 10 skips.
