I've been using 5/4/4 a lot recently after having switched from 4/5/4. I don't really miss the 2ap red vs 3ap red, I probably use the skill about the same amount as before. OTOH, 4 in purple gives you two more blue swaps, which is a nice damage increase. 9 blue tiles on the board is pretty easy to get as well.

Yes it decreases from 600++ to 450 damage when maxed. Which means 5k damage to 3.1k damage decrease. When you switch from 5/4/4 to 5/5/3

I am currently specced 5/5/3 but feels like it is too slow. I myself is leaning towards switching 5/4/4 as I feel it is more balanced.

I poked my head over 700 in FD. I was going to try for #1 but I started getting counter attacked too much and figured I better let my chickens hatch. I'm shielded #3 at 717...hopefully I make the top 5. Should get my 5th green and 1st red Hulk either way.

my shields were going to go down with 20 minutes left and i dropped to #5 with people advancing so i went ahead and unshielded for a quick fight. also to put me over 700. now i'm #3 and 44 points from #1. should i unshield again to try for top billing?

depends on how many are unshielded at the bottom and how many point difference between you and number 10.

Yep, greed is enemy of your position. I shielded up followin plan at ~750, -1.5h, good for #3 at the time, got attacked few minutes later. At -40m was overclimbed to #4 but looked safe for t5 and everyone on sight shielded but the climber above me.

For some reason this Iso-8 event seems like a cakewalk. I'm #2 with 9652 and I really haven't played much of it. Another thing is my all 230 stack dropped to 70's. Anyone else getting a similar sensation?

the MPQ gods are with me. i unshielded won 2 quick fights and had a successful defense now i am at 782 good for #1 and i reshielded. and a good thing too. just got attacked for 42 and 36 but shields up in time

That's a really tough question. Just yesterday I respecced mine from 4/4/5 to 5/4/4 and sit on a purple cover. The per/swap damage really dropped a lot and overall potential of purple to 4500 from 7500 (though blue req for the latter rare). I was really enjoying huge purple shots in last week+.

Back in time I was planning the 5/5/3 but since got used to purple really much, so probably wouldn't respec. (Even sitting on the purple cover for 5/3/5 consideration but it's way unlikely, I use red a lot).

Consider your use patterns and habits. Both have really good benefits.

There's been a stealth update just now that significantly reduced community scaling. The way the event has been set up it takes next to no effort to rubberband to first place, the interesting part will be the final hour when everybody is doing that simultaneously.

In ISO the missions indeed changed after 24h except for one with juggs (bug?). The new ones tend to post non-goon.

Nice job on Hulk rewards tournament. I tried top ten, but my 611 score was only good enough for 18th. I'm tanking these lighting rounds so I can get a great MMR & get a top score in the Best There Is tournament. I need my red Cap!

Depends on what the last cycle looks like, there's 12 hours that don't quite fit into the daily schedule. I'd always try to keep within maximum rubberband length, possibly moving to the front when playing. Right now rubberbanding seems so high that playing once per day should easily achieve that, I managed to catch up just by playing roughly 10 missions.

i did end up finishing 1st in FD. my xforce is now 4/3/1 and with the daily reward coming up in a few days he'll be 4/4/1. great job team on helping get hulk covers. mine is now 5/3/5. what do you guys think is the best hulk in case i get other covers for respec?

Finished top5 in FD and my Hulk is now another char which I can level up to 141. But Patch comes first

I really enjoy all the ISO flowing thanks to Alliance rewards. It wasn't like that a while ago.

BTW. As I got me a new phone, first thing I did was to install MPQ. I joined the X-Poles Alliance which is for Polish people only. My amazing roster of Storm lvl1 and IM35 lvl1 grew stronger very fast, due to the fact that they tend to end in top50 of the Alliance events. This way I currently have Hulk black, BP yellow and LazyCap blue - a real boost to the new player. Hell, I was even able to win 2 fights in Fearless Defenders and grind the Essential nodes in Unstable ISO

Oh, and most important thing:

I want to see You all in the top10 personal of The Best There Is tournament. Do anything necessary - bribe, steal, even play MPQ, in order to secure top10 for Yourself. LazyCap is good, no argument in that. And 3 more covers will mean that we'll be able to level him to around lvl50, so when buffed, he will be a beast by the end of Unstable ISO tourney.
