    I think the reason we have 2 threads is one is for the specific event and one is for general alliance chat.

    So I wanted to give everyone an update on what's going on with the alliance. I went ahead and maxed out the slots and filled them. Part of my recruitment strategy was to get active players at different levels because in the end, having an alliance of all super high rosters isn't going to make the difference. It's about scoring points in your bracket but it has to do with your MMR as well. So people with mid level rosters can theoretically bring in as many points as someone with a high level roster because they are at a different MMR point. If we were ALL in the same MMR, there would be a lot of overlap. I hope that made sense.

    So we have some excellent heavy hitters, lots of great mid level players with strong rosters and some lower level players that do well in tournaments. I think we have everything covered.

    I'm very happy with the way our alliance set up and I think long term we are going to be super awesome. I hope you guys are enjoying this as much as I am.

    We are doing very well in the current event and are a force to be reckoned with...

    So is everyone doing both events? I am. Although my roster is weak for the hero's they selected for the heroics.

    I'm doing the heroic event sparingly, surprised that I can stay top 20 with how little I'm playing.

    I don't have a lazy Thor, so it's really hampering my point totals. I don't think I will break top 20.

    I wonder if they will have any alliance events this week?

    I'm really glad we got top 5. If they change the reward structure for the next event, I'm confident we'll still be up there.

    I just want to say thank you to everyone that pushed and made it happen. You guys are awesome!

    I'm a much better PvE player than PvP. Should be able to contribute once again.

    No. I'm sure they will add it later just so we can see who is active and who isn't. If someone quit, we wouldn't have any way to tell. Having that feature would help.

    So is anyone good at photoshop?? With all the alliance tags going around the forum I figured it could be cool to have one of our own. I took a quick screenshot of the Punisher 'Retribution' animation. I figured that would go well into a tag, but alas I don't have the software or skill to really make anything of it. Here's to hoping one of you might!

    Yea, not much going on for me. Just hoarding ISO in an attempt to bring Patch/Punisher up to fighting levels. My GSBW/Hulk/Spidey team is on hold until I find Hulk's last cover (red).

    I saw akboyce in my Lazy Thor bracket, he was in top 10 when I left this morning.

    Currently in first but com troubles preventing me from doing last minute fights!

    Also if you see me in the LRs enjoy the free points I am tanking them hard to fix my MMR.

    EDIT: I connected for a few seconds. I have 100 point lead over second. Looks like he got hit hard by attackers as we were neck and neck when connection issues started. I bet that poor guy is livid.

    Yes it seems we are laid back when there is no alliance events going on.

    I'm not the best at photoshop, I have it, just not really good at it.

    I'll talk to my friend and see if he can't do something with it.

    Do we want a tagline in it?

    Anyone have any good suggestions for our tagline?

    I wonder if they will have the alliance event this weekend?
