    A few updates:

    1. Welcome new people, glad to have you on-board! If you have any questions about anything, just ask.

    2. A painfil health issue arose last Thursday. I tried to "tough it out" but its not working. So I went to the Doctor today and they said there is a possibility I may need surgery today. It's not life threatening but I hate the thought of having surgery.

    I am going to play as much as I am able to so as not to drag us down. I am current in the Top 5 in the PVE and not sure where I am in the Pun PVP but its not high. I basically climbed to 400 or 500 then stopped but been getting attacked so...I may play alot on the pvp and then just shield and call it good.

    If you have anything urgent you can always talk to Colog about it as well.

    Good luck for your surgery, if it can't be avoided! And then take some time off work to recover (and lie in bed all day playing MPQ icon_e_wink.gif ).

    Some others at lowish standings too but those people could still catch up by getting 2000 in Simulator and ~800-1000 in next 3-4 PvP

    Or we might have to review our target, which seems that is still too high ;->

    IMO some shuffling will need to be done... 99th place in the PvP with Falcon rewards was damn too close

    Ok I have brought Nightshade who wants to be with us long term.

    I am doing family stuff today so will be playing on and off.

    Looks like we are in the clear to get our final Fury Cover!

    So if you guys don't want to push super hard on PVE, I totally understand.

    BTW I downloaded LINE on my phone, we may use it in place of the ingame chat since its better and we won't miss messages. I made a Retribution group.

    I haven't figured it all out but try it out and add me I guess, WILLDELONG is my LINE ID and I can invite you to the group.

    Starfall went quite spectacularly, one could say. I think we're back in the game - mostly, anyway (some seem to be away on a holiday or whatever).

    And using Line was a great idea. Do we even still need the thread? icon_lol.gif

    Starting with Season X and beyond....

    I wanted to go over a new set of guidelines for Retribution. I know some of you have been with us since the very beginning and some are new this season.

    We feel that in order to continue to function at high levels when it counts we have to avoid burnout.

    From now on PVE will be optional UNLESS it’s a new character. We'll still continue to try our best in ALL pve events but if we don't get top 100 for old characters, we aren't going to worry about it.

    So if you need the cover for older characters for PVE, you'll have to do well to be in the top 5 or top 10 or whatever you need.

    So EVERYONE will play in PVE events for new characters. This is a requirement.

    If you only want to do PVP then this probably isn't the best alliance for you. There are other alliances that are strictly pvp focus with ALL pve optional, so you should try for one of those if you do not want to do any pve.

    As far as Mercing goes, I would rather not do it period. It's a hassle to shuffle people back and forth, dealing with shard times and everything else. If someone happens to be on vacation and a new cover is on the line then that would be an exception. Other than rare cases, I really just don't want to hassle with it.

    We want to focus on PVP and our Season rankings and always make sure we are top 100.

    In order to maintain a top 100 ranking we need everyone to participate in each pvp event and score at least 650-700ish. There really isn't any reason you shouldn't be able to get 650 points per pvp event. I'd like to see everyone do more than 650 though as if too many people slack, it hurts our overall ranking.

    If you are constantly scoring low without good reason, you will need to be replaced.

    So to make sure there is no confusion:

    PVE with old characters as rewards is OPTIONAL
    PVE with new characters as rewards is REQUIRED

    PVP - ALL events are required and 650 minimum score

    Thank you all for your continued dedication to this Alliance, you have definitely made this a great experience for everyone involved. It's all about teamwork and helping each other. Here is to many more seasons!
