    Server reset after 6pm ET, and my next galactus fight in round 7 had fewer hit points. His health matched his point value again. Maybe they fixed him?

    I had already cleared my last side mission, and mine didn't have the ridiculous scaling seen by many, so I don't know if that's better.

    Depends on time zone... I am EST, resets at 8pm and 4am, so clearing at midnight and 10am would be just fine.
    That is probably UK local time he listed.
