This was an exercise in tedium for me, as attack tiles aren't working for whatever reason on my end. However, with purple a-plenty, it wasn't exactly hard. My ProfX is 3/5/5 at 270 though. (Only maxed 4*).
Latest patch made it so that the attack tile damage happens before the animation for some odd reason. The damage still happens, just at an earlier stage.

1/1/0 which took me three tries with a few boosts. Did have to dodge a couple of Unleashes so wasn't totally easy.

Pulled my first Silver Surfer which is a bit of a bugger as I'm starved for slots at the mo and I have my first Electra and Iceman that also need rostering.

    Called it!

    Easy win with a L250 5/4/4 Prof.

This is an odd one in the sense that I think it could be won with a 0/1/0 X, but any X without purple will have a really hard time.

Did it in my first try with my 2/1/0 Prof X. Managed to get (and stay) invisible and let Carnage's attack tiles and match damage wear himself down. Got my first 5* - yellow OML.

Took me 4 tries with the ultra minimal 0/1/0 PX. The first time, I boosted purple AP twice and nothing else, and got him to 100HP, then died. Next 2 weren't even close. Last time I boosted everything and still won with only 500 HP left. I got Ant Man yellow... ugh.

General strat - go invisible, and deny green. Green won't necessarily kill you, but it can wipe your invisibility tile, and if he has AP, he'll instantly go into Symbiote Scythe or Team Up to kill you that way.

Both of my DDQ4* wins have been super minimal now, it's kind of awesome. I won the Invisible Woman one with a 2/0/0 IW, and now this with 0/1/0 PX. New record?

Won 2nd try w 5/5/3 lvl 171. First board was dry of purple so it was hard to invisible and soon as I did both my carnage attack tiles got matched and carnage match 5 red. 2 turns later he luckily matched my invisible and red power and game over.

2nd match started w a match 5 and was purple heavy and it was super easy and quick.

    Got a purpletile.pngicon_antman.png which wasn't needed.

Last few legendaries have not been needed and when I need so many it's disappointing.

Couldn't be easier, 5/5/3, 200, invis then match away.

71.1% chance pulling a needed cover, once again I get icon_invisiblewoman.pngblueflag.png

1st Try. Also easiest one so far. 168 3/2/3.

Took extra purple and a couple of ap damage boosts. Stayed invisible. He got a couple of greens off. No red. I assume I got lucky as perhaps this is aoe and would hit prof even if invisible?

Anyhow. Go invisible and whittle him down. Good luck.

Won a Star Lord Purple I need.

My board opened with a purple match 5, which dropped into two more match 5s. It's been a while since the game made me smile that big! Jean Grey blue for about the same amount of effort it takes to press the "buy" button.
  • I got on the first try with Prof. X 78 2/3/2. First time I got a character that has not put Iso Detail: Carnage did not release the Symbiose Scythes even though AP for this. This is to those who put down the power of invisibility, like the Invisible Woman. I do not think I can get another win with another character who did not put Iso.

    Reward.: icon_cyclops.pngyellowflag.png

Miracle! First usable legendary token after the anniversary even already opening more or less a 5 of these.

Got it first try with my level 86 0-2-0 prof x. Boosted all AP and b/p AP and got invisible pretty quickly. Kept strengthening the attack tile he left me, and I got him down surpringly fast. Easiest DDQ since invisible woman.

    Pulled a needed yellowflag.pngicon_cyclops.png from the token_legendary.pngicon_e_biggrin.gif

Took me 2 tries with my 4/4/5 250 PX only because carnage got enough red on his FIRST TURN to fire his ability but I pulled a blackflag.pngicon_wolverine.png OML so all is good icon_e_biggrin.gif
  • Got it on my first try with a Level 94-2/4/0 build

+2 purple AP and + 2 purple damage and add some critical damage just in case

Gathered up enough purple to go invisible and played keep away with red and green

Made a few more purple matches when I could so I could bust out invisible again if needed (which I did)

Pretty simple, just requires patience really

Got a yellowflag.pngicon_falcon.png from the Legendary

Got him too with my 0/1/1 icon_mrgreen.gif

Took me a couple of tries because a few games I didn't have enough purpletile.png on the start. First ddq 4* I beat!

Was over quickly. Got Sam Wilson though...meh. first DDQ 4* i beat though!

My 0/0/3 Prof has no chance whatsoever. Lost by match damage, no powers launched, which I consider a victory all by itself.

Won't be dumping iso, time, or medpacks into this one.

2/3/1 PX at level 131. First board was utterly purple-deprived. I managed to get PX invisible for a while, but had a point where my only available move set up a match-5 for Carnage that would destroy my invisibility tile. I didn't have enough purple to go invisible again, and immediately took a full Symbiote Scythes in the face.

Second try was far more forgiving, with reasonably available purple (cleared all the easy purple matches before going invisible, to protect the tile), followed by multiple match-5s. I had to go invisible a second time after he destroyed my tile with his green, but I had the AP available to do so.

    And I pulled icon_silversurfer.pngblackflag.png !!!

2/1/3 here. It took around five tries -- Carnage's green power kept destroying my invisibility tile. I tried to deny green but it's impossible during such a long match. My other powers were never used during the winning match.

It's interesting that Carnage's red doesn't go through invisibility but Thor's green does, and it's due to how they're described.
