With those numbers 16 Black and 12 Yellow will deal around 51k damage to the target and 15k to everybody else, downing almost any team, including one with a maxed 5*. Red is basically superfluous. If you bring around Iron Fist or Kingpin + Scarlet Witch, you should be going off reliably around turn 5.
