    I believe playing a match in the Galactus event will lock your scores to the alliance you're in at the time of that match. (You can leave, but your points will still be credited to that alliance)

    So make sure that (1) you don't play a match before you're back home in your alliance, and (2) your alliance doesn't have someone else in your spot at the moment. If they do, and that placeholder player plays a match while they're still in your alliance, it's possible that you could have more than 20 people tied to your alliance for the event. In that case, the 21st and subsequent players will be on their own, lonely scoreboard, and will be effectively shut out of Alliance rewards.

    So if I do the following on 10/8/15:
    1) play a game in Galactus with my home alliance (as part of 20)
    2) join the merc'd out alliance, get ISO 8 reward
    10/9/15:
    3) return to my home alliance

    I will be fine?

    What if I do this while in step 2?
    2) join merc'd out alliance, play a game in Galactus (after I have already done step 1)

    Will that mess things up?

    Looking forward to having Hulkbuster and Kingpin boosted. I think this may be the first time I have both boosted 4* at a good level - I don't quite remember where my Thor was at when she and X-force were boosted though.

          Man, I was hoping IceIX screwed up and put in the dates wrong and those boosts would be next week...

          I know it's been busy with the anniversary events, and the info might be posted in other spots around the forum, but how about updating the original post with current info? Since this is the official thread, it'd be nice to know that it would contain the info that it has had in previous month's and be updated in advance instead of after the information is already in the game. Thanks in advance!

          Maybe the real anniversary event hasn't started, this is probably just the beta test for it. It starts on Monday, so just hold off until the event starts if you want a slim chance at Iceman covers.
