TxMoose wrote:ok, that is much better - as much as I'd love to hold off for cyc and rulk, sounds like Monday is party day for my legs lol. 13 of them. will be a huge boost to my 4*s.
That's just enough to fully cover an Invisible Woman! Good luck!0 -
Sucks to have DPX 210. His red is no good at low level and his black can't trigger because he has no team members, so there is nobody with lower hit points than him to activate the passive. No way for me to win this one.0

Monday - New 5* (post daily patch/R85 going required) goes into Legendaries
Anniversary - Iceman goes into packs
Season 20 - Cyclops/Red Hulk go into packs
I'm not 100% on Red Hulk for Season 20 due to the way events overlap.
By events overlapping does this mean Season 20 may start during toward the end of Anniverary week?0 -

That one PVP can be our bloody marry for the morning after a week of anniversary partying.0 -
I concur. Even if it is Balance of Power PVP, a couple days of a break for everyone would be appreciated. For everything available, for those of us who put off a lot of our lives to play regularly, Anniversary needs a Honeymoon. Haha.0

dont really see why you need a break for. the anniversary week is your break. usually have to grind 9 nodes every 8 hours now you have to do what 5 nodes every 8 hours after you get past the boss stage 4 and many will not even do that... Once BOSS gets higher then you can take down many will just do the 2 stages that give out token chance and thats is it.
I would love for them to learn from the Leg, token set up and do that for the PVE rewards. like how its set up now
top 1-2 get 4 star + 3 3 star covers
top 10 get 3 - 3 star covers
top 50 get 2 - 3 star covers
top 150 get 1 -3 star cover
would love to see them do
top 10 get 3 3 star tokens (where you can pull any 3 star)
top 50 get 2 3 star tokens
top 150 get 1 3 star token
this way would give people a reason to play PVE when they already have the 3 star that is being given out fully covered.0 -
You forgot about the PvP events and optional PvE events running concurrently... not to mention any other surprise events.10/8 – Galactus Hungers (NEW Boss Battle!)
10/8 – Black Vortex
10/11 – Class of 2015 (NEW Versus Event!)
10/12 – Simulator Challenge
10/13 – Women of Marvel
10/15 – Devil Dino (NEW Versus Event!)
But there probably won't be a break as it will bugger up schedules, the Suits won't like that.0 -

Try to look at it from the perspective of other players with different playstyles. There are probably many people who do not normally play PVE or do the every 8 hour clears, but who will do it for the anniversary event since its alliance-based progression. For them, a random off-season PVP would be a nice way to take a breather and catch their breath before returning to the PVP season grind.0 -

Just updated and no new 5* in the Legendaries.
Guess plans changed?0 -
It's after the daily server patch (which is different from R85 - usually goes out late afternoon U.S. Eastern time) and also after R85 becomes required to play the game, which is going to be a few hours after Android and Steam updates (to ensure there's no nasty game-killing bug in the code that would make mandatory updates a bad idea).0

i really hope it dont. Think of the teams who cant not get past a stage. every 8 hours at least they have a chance to pull a token, if it only reloads when the boss dies they may never get another chance after round 50 -
Does anyone know how the Galactus event will work? i.e. the alliance roster will be locked when you join the event?
I am currently in a PVP alliance and plan on merc-ing out for the ISO Brotherhood, but will be back to my main alliance for the Galactus PVE event. I want to make sure that I don't miss the Galactus PVE event.
Can someone clarify how it will work? Thanks.0 -

got to tell them to keep it private so noone can join when you leave (let them know when your leaving and coming back) the galactus locks you in to whatever group your in when you join BUT if 20 people already joined under that groups name you could be playing the event as a team of 1, even if your back under that team
Make sure your team stays private and does not allow others to join and you should be fine0 -

I believe playing a match in the Galactus event will lock your scores to the alliance you're in at the time of that match. (You can leave, but your points will still be credited to that alliance)
So make sure that (1) you don't play a match before you're back home in your alliance, and (2) your alliance doesn't have someone else in your spot at the moment. If they do, and that placeholder player plays a match while they're still in your alliance, it's possible that you could have more than 20 people tied to your alliance for the event. In that case, the 21st and subsequent players will be on their own, lonely scoreboard, and will be effectively shut out of Alliance rewards.0 -

Red (PASSIVE) - If damaged for > X, creates a CD tile that destroys random basic tiles.
Green 9 AP - Enemy team damage. If > X Green AP, drains Green AP and deals bonus damage.
Purple 7 AP - Drains enemy Green AP and generates X Green AP.
never knew we had purple0
