I'd settle for 3630 at this point. I finished all nodes but a glitch has left me 250 points short and I'm getting no response from customer support...

Long time lurker here (decided to sign up lol), I beat the last node on the second try (some very bad cascades on the first time), thanks to all posting tips.

Used 3 (3/5/5) and (5/5/3) both characters at level 40.

Wave level said 61-62 so was my level 70 "tank". Hood ended up with about 90% health and the other 2 were barely scratched, the health loss was at the beginning when farming for blues.

Inner Space Cadet was easy to do with 3 (3/5/5), (5/5/3) and 2 cap and hood at level 40, OBW at 39. Wave level was 47-70.

I hope this gives people some insight as to what lower level players face, granted I doubt their 3 's are fully covered like mine lol.

This is not my usual team for waves, I only have time to do DDQ nowadays and I usually use 2 , 2 and 3 since you get more time to build up colours before the board movers arrive.

Personally I think this is a good event, plenty of time for people like me who can't invest the time.

Overall, it was a very fun challenge. Like PUM-SPAK said, it was a very clever way to force us to learn the proper way to use Ant-Man before winning the character.

Well I tried this team and my levels are pretty close to yours (125 for capt marvel, 126 for hulk) and this was definitely the furthest I've gotten!! Unfortunately Ant-Man tanks his colors and died at the start of the second wave (or maybe it was the beginning of the 3rd, wherein I died after Ant-Man went down. Ant-Man is literally crippling me at 70th, he has no survivability. I like his powers, it's true, and for once I saw them in operation with this attempt but he can't take any hits.

I'm going to pump some more ISO into Hulk and Capn Marvel though, again, best attempt by far, thank you for posting your strat.

Final edit: Finally completed this with this combo. Captain Marvel (4/5/5 lvl 135) and Hulk (5/3/2 lvl 127). This was really difficult and I finished with Ant-Man and Capn Marvel dead but Hulk pulled it off by the skin of big green nose.

Okay guys. I'm happy to report that i got that event cleared and post this in hope that it helps another player in similar situation(i'm started a week or so ago) to clear it too(and to brag a bit about it, yes). Firstly - node level was 55-55 for me and the antman was my main strike force. Really helps that he is lvl 70. Second - i learned something from my mistakes. It's that you must finish last enemy with ability, so you not get blasted hero from next wave right away, it's that Sentry fighter from wave two can move tiles too(it killed me once) and that you have to have twice the blue or pink resource for firing corresponding antman abilities twice in a row(about 5k dmg kills anyone in the wave) so not rush it and build some after oneshotting enemy hero. Heroes i went there with - Antman(he's given to you), two-star 50 lvl 2-4-2 Storm(mainly for green, but i take her over my 5-5-3 1* just in case i need stun) and 3* 43 lvl Captain Marvel 1-1 just so i have something to fire for red and black. So, start the game, kill Daken, then Kishu(bit of luck reqired so you not lose too much hp on caltrops) and then slowly wittle other guy to build some reserves. Second wave - kill Sentry and build up at least 18 pink and blue plus green. Third wave - kill Octo, then sentry(with antman) and build some more resource with Storm green. After that - it's basically a breeze, just not relax too much. And again: ALWAYS finish the wave with ability or 5-match, so it still would be your turn at the start of next wave.

P.S. finishing wave with ability or 5-match was advice i read here, on forum, but i forgot who advised it. But if you read this - thank you, kind man, it helped A LOT.

ok, this event has highlighted for me the crapiness of the 20 iso reward. I successfully farmed the easiest 2 nodes fully - they gave the rewards up, but I've only gotten 2/4 from big things and 1/4 from space cadet and they're dolls and I'm 0/5 on my last 5 goes at those 3 nodes. these are too damn hard to just keep beating my head against that wall. at least I got the hp reward on my first run in space cadet. if the other 2 would just give those up I could call it done. 0/5 suuuucks. and the level and characters of those nodes really make you want to boost, but go 0/5 boosting and you've dumped way too much iso. really need to address that and all the other iso influx suggestions out there - LRs all week, lowering iso store costs, double iso events/nodes.

KK really earns her keep in these. KK and Cap with Antman loaner, takes a bit to get going, but once Caps shields are rdy, a heal or 2 per turn really helps you live through this.

Totally this! Tried those wave nodes a couple of times again just to get the 20 iso reward. 50 hp or so is nice, but probably not worth the effort (and time, and health packs).

I'm 1 for my last 9 attempts on the top 3 nodes and I should be at 66% chance at getting something - that is really screwed up.

So... I haven't looked through the topic to see if anyone's addressed this. I just went into the the Growth Industy event, was going to do Inner Space Cadet, but I saw it's only worth 1 point. And the "Full Points In" counter is set to 6938d10h. Uuuuh... I don't think the event will still be going by the time it's worth full points.

I did it ! Lost OBW soon and ant-man @ wave 4. Finished wave 5 with captain alone (but with double shield)... I'm proud

How the heck are people blowing through node 5? My scaling is 130-131 and I can't Make it past 3rd wave. Trust me I've tried multiple arrangements with boosts. WTH? I only have 2 maxed 3*. What friggin scale are these people playing on? I'm going to try hulk and captain marvel as someone suggested but this is very frustrating and really seems unfair. Smh.

I agree with you. i have doubts on how fair the scaling is. I have almost 100000 ISO and I don't want to invest them on my incomplete covered 3* because I fear it will increase too much my scaling. FYI, I got ant-man against 80-81 opponents whereas my roster is currently based on 6 maxed 2*... In other words I don't have any cards with level more than 94 even if I could have more...

I didn't blow through it, as I previously mentioned, and you're facing the same issue I did. You have SOME maxxed 3* but not the ones you need or the correct combo to get it done, and it's scaled up for you. Mine was scaled up to 145. Ugh. I encourage you to follow that user's post, hopefully you have some level of covers for Hulk and Capn Marvel, I suggest dumping some ISO into them to get them into the 120's and then try again.

My scaling for wave 5 is 104-111 and i cant seem to finish it. Ive got this for my roster. If this is the wrong topic to post on for this let me know.

Can anyone on node 5 with level range around 130 plz share your winning roster. I'm still not there I've leveled my captain marvel as high as I can go level 102 with full hulk and getting beat down in first round. What order did you take the enemies out? I've been doing kishu, pyro then daken but daken is killing me.

What is your roster? I usually take out non-goons first. End waves with active abilities, and stun the active character to begin the next wave.

I don't know how to post screen shots but basically DD and Hulk are my only maxed 3*. Panther is at 140, spidey 133, I have 12/13 for gamora but have to level her up. My 2* max are ares, obw, Hawkeye, human torch, magneto, moonstone, storm, Thor, wolv, cap marvel. Have 10/13 on human torch but again only level 59. I hate to level my 3* before I have the covers bc of the situation I'm in now plus the cost of ISO. I've gotten to wave 4 with obw and hulk using boosts. I think I may work on gamora and see where that goes. I dunno. I guess I still got 19 days. It's now not so much the cover but defeating the level I want.
