    I just realized that Dino is my best 4* and almost a champion. Not exactly a bad thing, but it is kinda of the worst MPQ-related thing that happened today

    Really not a bad thing, but just an instance of RNG being contrary: I had CP for a new roster spot, nobody to roster, and had gone through my saved heroic tokens. Since I'm trying to build my 4 stars, I think to myself I'll open a Classic Legends, just one, it should give me a 4 star...
    I pull one.
    It's Okoye.
    It's not like she's gonna be of any more use to me than those other 5 stars sitting at one cover, but then again... Okoye is objectively awesome so... I'm sorta happy and sorta unsure whether this was lucky or not 8))))

    Don't feel bad.  I've got five champed 5-stars, and Devil Dino is my highest leveled 4-star as well.  He's at 310, while my next highest is X-Force Wolverine at 305.  Hooray for a truckload of covers during the Anniversary!

    Well it really depends on the ability that you pulled. So for instance even just one of Jessica's blues could help do a decent bit of damage for someone with a younger roster. But if you pulled something for Strange then he wouldn't be that great with one cover compared to to his champed or even just decently covered and leveled 3* version. Since you pulled Okoye you may want to make her your 5* bonus hero and try to get more covers for her even if you can't really level her up anytime soon.

    I forgot that DST ended this weekend. That is to say i realized in real life, but i forgot it means my PVE ends an hour earlier, so i missed some last clears. I guess things will be back to normal when it ends in the US.

    Hopefully they will run a boss event next weekend when it changes in the US, to avoid the troubles that the DST change regularly causes.

    Had stocks up over 2000 command points & decided to use them all at once in the classic vault. 
    Couldnt believe my luck when i only got 8 legendary out of the 100+ tokens i used. 
    Just not my day i guess

    That would be good.  Boss events start at noon Thursday NY time, 10 8-hour windows and 1 4-hour window, so window 8 (starting 8 pm Saturday) should have an extra hour.

    They don't add extra hours to the events though, they just start the next event an hour later/earlier. It's Always interesting to see two Deadpool's Daily Quests Active simultaneously.

    For once I actually paid attention to the changed end time and adjusted my slice accordingly. It reminds me of how much I wish the end times could be permanently shifted, these weeklong breaks are quite nice for me.

    My abiding memory of previous changes of daylight savings in The One True Timezone is subs that finish an hour earlier than expected, or reopen when they've already closed.
    If only there was some time system that was universal and coordinated and was independent of timezone or daylight savings.  We could use that instead, all year round.

    I got top 25 in a lightning round and one of the heroics was a 4*. Mr. Fantastic. Only a couple handfuls of 4s to finish off and he's at 5/4/3. So naturally I pulled yet another stupid blue cover. Reed, give me a yellow or a black already. Medusa and Carnage want to play with you. Stop being so difficult.

    Took a -194 hit plus two wipes on a single 4 minute hop today in Vicious Cycle. Absolutely brutal.

    I don't know what it is, but for some reason, I'm just doing absolutely awful in this run of Meet R&G. Other than the times I tried SCL9, I haven't had this much trouble with a PvE since the bad old days of Roster-based Scaling.

    Clumsy misclick followed by a massively clumsy misclick led to me spending 120 CP adding a cover to a 4* character, when I had absolutely no desire to do so. :/

    Pushed really hard in Meet Rockett & Groot shooting for a t20 finish in scl9 in order to get 1 of each Domino cover.
    Finished 21st, out by 48 points.

    Delayed post by a few days, but I have a sad story.

    I play the last slice PvE (which would be 2am my time) because none of the other slices work with my schedule (this one doesn't either but you get a lot better scores without being as optimal).  I did SCL8 and found myself getting T10 every sub of the event.  I was taking a vacation day Tuesday so I said let's go for it.  If I finish optimal I might get into the T1-2 spot.  I go to start around 1:15am and find out the event was over.  I forgot DLS went into affect in the middle of the event.  I ended in 40th and only got 1 Domino cover.

    When the tinykitty are they finally gonna fix and/or eliminate time slices?!  2nd worse part of the game after supports and time slices have been a problem a lot longer....

    Still hoping that the raid event was an unofficial test for a move to a more progression focused pve format and that the next raid "test" will be during Thanksgiving. It would be so nice not having to deal with time slices, bracket rooms or having to play "optimally." Do your clears throughout the event and you can unlock 4* covers for the next event through progression, your alliance does their clears and you can unlock heroics or legendaries.
