    I noticed they're thoughtful enough to remove one of the most overpowered abilities on an enemy level 230 hero. I know the game doesn't display overkills, but would be pretty hilarious to see how much damage you could take in one hit if it did.

    Same with mine, it feels like I'm missing something, I was in first before the missions unlocked, now 8th 500 points behind jozier. I would say rubber banding had struck but he was in the top 20 before.

    It may have struck. I was drifting between ~50 and ~120 in my main bracket before, sitting at #12 right now with about half of the new story missions done.

    Something along those lines happened in the Hulk events when the base point values skyrocketed. People say the rubber banding isn't supposed to cause mass overtaking, but my impression was that it still can when a shift like this occurs, because high base values * potential multiplier renders everything that's happened in the preceding subs nearly irrelevant.

    Could also be completion order? I've never been sure whether it consistently makes most sense to do highest or lowest value first. Highest obviously gets the most points initially, but I would think also runs more risk of nuking your multiplier.

    If these reset it won't matter much, and we're all overshooting progression by 15k. If not, it's possibly going to matter quite a lot when you do them, though I guess doing all remaining subs at 10x would make up for a lot missed.

    Yeah something is weird, I'm over 6500 now and the highest I've seen myself at the end of any of the other subs was around 24. We pretty much have a new top ten (for the time being) and I haven't even done all of the new missions yet (and the ones I have done just once).

    Okay, I'm a little more relieved now.

    Did a couple of the new missions, and I broke 7K, and I'm in first again, probably 500 ahead of the next, with probably 400 or 500 points worth on the board. Will probably grind it out later, but might focus back on the sub mission again

    So I"m currently on about 5.6k, and I just checked my leaderboard, first place is on about 7.5k. I just did "You Again" for 800+ points and unlocked "The Who", which will net me 1050 points.

    Just a thought, but doesn't this completely break placement in the sub? Can't check what's happening to those values because my wall of 230s is all on 1pt, but if you ignore the main you're going to get sub refreshes worth ten times what everyone else does?

    Isn't that the usual though? What's your priority? Trying to get more Patch? Or getting Daredevil?

    Before, it was an easier decision, you'd get 500HP for placing first, so that was worth a Hulk, or Punisher, since they were given out freely. For me? I have nearly complete patch, placing well is just going to get more ISO, and maybe 25HP to 75HP from selling the covers. Better to place well on the main.

    Actually that is weird too. I haven't started the sub yet but my points on the first mission haven't dropped and I've gone from 2500 points in the main to 7400, up over a 100 places to #3.

    I clearly never understood the rubberbanding in this event.

    Bah this is extremely frustrating: held a 200 point lead for the entire event, and now I'm 3rd with the top of my bracket at 8.4k. I did the main event missions maybe an hour after they came out, and I think thats going to cost me a top 1-2 slot. Assuming those events are on an 8 hour refresh cycle, I should have waited until 2d 18h left in the event before I started grinding those missions: I guess I figured that I would hit an earlier refresh timer if I grinded it early, but I didn't pay attention to the time left. Sigh, guess all that work earlier was for nothing.

    that rubber band was amazing, only 3 of the top 10 had placed all event, number one, just over 9000, (never breached top ten) is now 500 above number 2 with the god tier bounce

    The subs don't matter apparently: rubberbanding disintegrated what lead they gave. I need to be more careful about when to do these main event missions next time: should have recognized the 8 hour refresh and significance of rubber banding.

    This is crazy. Jozier was in my bracket and #1 pretty much all through the event now he's not even in the top 10. I've been in the top 15 and now I'm currently sitting at #4 after doing the new mission stacks. The points for the missions were around 300-400 points and all were lvl230 baddies. The mission requiring C. Storm kicked my **** but I got through them all at least twice. Diggin' the storyline of this event. Next event or episode looks to star mutants.

    If you look at the progression rewards it was always rather obvious that at some point the floodgates will open and all the points you got earlier basically don't even matter. Otherwise nobody would even come close to hitting the 20K rewards.

    Weird, I was always like #7-#9 before and now with these new missions I'm #1 with about 9200.....ill never understand the scoring
