    Event tokens gave me Thorita yellow, Fury yellow, Gamora black and Cage red. And I got lots of Hulks from standard token during this PVE

    I can't remember the last time I didn't get a 2* from an event token.

    I've had more luck with standard tokens.
  • Fievel, does it make a difference which player is right and which left? I had never noticed before.

    Only matters if their match strengths are the same. This is why hulk covers patch or patch covers hulk at the same level depending on where you put them

    By turn 2 Juggs already starts using unstoppable crush, the goon generated AP + the inevitable cascade + Jugg matching green or red is enough to ensure Juggs will use unstoppable crush every single turn followed by a headbutted every 3 or 4 turns.

    I have a serious man-crush on Luke Cage.

    as Wolveroach, without a decent X-Force, I've been using him even when not essential (with OBW and 2* HT), and he's only 0/1/2 level 53. Unbreakable prevents so much damage, and **** a snoot at Bullseye with his paltry defence tiles where purple has to be matched first.

    Cool Hand Luke is top of the list of 3* to be maxed. Of course, now there'll be no covers to be seen for months and months and months...

  • I actually never realized placement on the team affected what they cover until bluey had me do that specific arrangement. Can somebody link me to a thread that gets a bit more specific on this, or just explain it outright? Thanks in advance.

    i experimented when i first played the game with characters to see which would tank colors with similar values it's: center, left, then right (2_1_3) for priorities. But if there is an essential or pvp, they will always take the first spot (center).

    Isn't Punisher only essential because he features heavily in the story sequences? Too bad they couldn't have rewritten it for Luke Cage...

    I logged on just to say that I just came back to try this game for a bit, and the current event missions are absolute turd. Whoever designed them needs to be fired. A level 150+ Juggernaut getting an Unstoppable Crash 2 out of every 3 turns, plus a Headbutt every 3-4 turns due to collecting icons from cascades is impossible to beat without a stupid amount of luck and is not at all fun, even with a set of fully levelled 3* characters.

    I'm glad I got into Hearthstone so that I pretty much ignore this game now.

    You would've really enjoyed the PvE when snipers were feeding HT, and he'd put out a flame jet every other turn with a 20-30 green AP stockpile.

    They took Daredevil out of certain story things, they took beast out of the recent Enemy of the State(no beast wasn't powered up but if you read the dialogue they 99% chance were gonna have him essential/powered up if he didn't suck so bad). But really, we have discussed this in thread already.

    WHICH OPTION DO YOU THINK IT IS(You may choose more than one)?:

    A) They overlooked it
    B) They're lazy
    C) Punisher hasn't been in tokens for a while, yet they have ALOT of newer players. They're "punishing" newer players for no reason, a big middle finger.
    D) The general PVE rule is - get the last PVE prize character, and they'll be essential for the next PVE. No one could've predicted anyone besides Luke was gonna be essential.
    E) If story characters are supposed to be essential/powered up based on their story contribution, why isn't Nick Fury ALWAYS powered up? Why isn't Hulk powered up here?


    I do think it'd be hilarious to have this rewritten for Luke tho.

    But The Punisher is in The Hulk pack. That's why.
