It depends on when you started the event, starting now with like 2 hours to go in the sub just means you have massive community scaling on all of your nodes. So it's not too unreasonable to expect level 200+ stuff.

It's not community scaling that does it. The game sets a personal scaling based on your the highest level character on your roster, and I have 1 level 166 guy. So it assumes all my matches need to be as challenging as possible, even though I only have one person capable of hanging in there. It's basically the dev's of way of giving you the middle finger for having the audacity to not play the game the "correct" way and spend ISO on all your characters equally. But yes, you are correct that community scaling exasperates the problem, and means the only way I can advance is by grinding up before scaling kicks in. It's a load of **** that I'm saddled with for no valid reason and completely helpless against. Basically, the worst feeling a video game can convey.

I've been having alot of luck with Daken + 2*Wolv/Patch and/or Hulk - Daken/Wolv have enough speed to MAYBE kill hood before twin pistols, hulk (might?) live thru twin pistols and give you daken/patch ammo to finish off Hood. Haven't had too much trouble w/ Jugg - he's fairly low level compared to say, heroic jugg etc.

I'm in a unique position where my 2*Wolv can tank for my falcon, as well - that works out okay(Falcon blue/yellow are great for this stuff)

Yeah haven't had much luck at all with MNMag/cStorm combo as Hood seems to get his pistols off by his turn 2.
2* Daken or LDaken?

EDIT: Looks like I have to boost in order for MNMag/cStorm to work their magic. Don't really like doing that but if it works - it works.

Ideally 2* Daken but right now my 3*Daken almost compares to him. They're interchangeable(My roster is 94-114)

Well, it's nailed on to be Magneto as the main bad dude in Sub 3 isn't it? Which can be incredibly painful if he's super scaled and dishing out 11k blue damage.

My money would be on him, Mystique and Hood at lv300+ teaming up for the final node called "Don't even bother"

I am still hopeful for top 5 but like most it seems I am in a highly competitive main so its doing to be one hell of a dog fight. After I finish work today I will be able to time my refreshes better because currently I am doing them when I can.

So many mutant only nodes its silly. I am quite liking my under leveled Falcon with 2* wolfie/OBW make short work of them in match damage alone - OBW still to steal all her colours on a match meaning aggressive recon just takes to matches are there always one purple feeder in the mutants and they all double dip the strike tiles.

Our friend turul seems to have a little insider info and hasn't been wrong yet, so I have no reason not to trust him. He maybe can't spell all that well, but he says latveria is the location for sub 3, so seems like we're in for some doombot action.

Releasing all the colors is more reason for them to wait longer to put her in packs. Those that want her, will be paying for her covers. The longer they have to wait to possibly pull her, the likelier they are to go ahead and buy.

If she is essential she might have a PVP then get added into the packs for season 9. How crazy would a 4 thor PVP be. I bet they rotate out IW for her so Sun night will be the 1300 PVP death brackets

I am seeing the event pretty weird. I can't believe that a player that has few cards lvl 20 and one or two between 75 - 70 could earn more or less 5000 - 6000 points every 2 hours (cheating?), and one player that has only one 150 and one or two 80 only 2000 - 3000 points every 2 hours. Could anyone explain me why??

I haven't been able to string together a lot of runs, so I only just now made it back to the top 50. Going to do my best to make it to the top 10, but looking at how far back I am, and the rosters of those ahead of me, I would have to not sleep and hit every node at each refresh just to have a chance.
