Cancel the Heroic Juggernaut

My issue is not Heroics only but the lack of new PvE content.

One CAN ignore event. It just means you will ignore not one but two of them. I did it with ms marvel (only got here covers recently from gauntlet and pvp).

That being saied I also think that Simulator would be vastly superior option to Juggs Heroic... If you need time to prepare It do so. Its better to not have one that to have bad one.

Agreed, for someone just starting out after switching from the PC version the last venom heroic gave me 3 LCap covers and I expect to get 3 more for Mystique as well for this one. I think what's more alarming is the rate of which new characters are rolled out. There needs to be at least a restruckture of the pricing of roster slots if this pace is kept or why bother with this game.

After we lost the "Dark Reign" branding, I presumed that the game would move on to new storylines. This made sense as the Dark Reign comics storyline is over five years old. I wonder if this is still the plan...

So 5 characters I 4 weeks mean at least 5 PvE events in 4 weeks will have ended at 5am. As has already been mentioned you have to start early, grind your **** off and get scaled into being unplayable, or make sure you get up at 3am to make a last push because you will drop 100 places if you dont.

The quicker D3 put their plans for ends times into practise the better, but even then I have very little fath they will implement it properly and with bugs.

I understand the negativity, but I think they should be given the benefit of the doubt. I've been pushing this exact change for 9 months on these forums and have as much desire to see it implemented as anyone, so lets try to stay optimistic about what is still great news after all.

Thor4 hasn't even really been introduced yet, just teased for introduction next week.
Devil Dino was a one off event.
Ms Marvel was a 2* for frig's sake.
Most forumites complain, but then will continue to play and pay money. Why not put your money and time where your mouth is?

I for one skipped both Ms Marvel and Blade for now, despite having some interest in Blade. I'm hoping the turnout for this heroic will be uncompetitive enough that I can snag 2 Mystique covers; after all, she'll be the reward in the next PVP after anyways and you can all grab her there.

Its also frustrating that with roster based scaling (not useable chars, but ENTIRE roster) there is no benefit to sitting out a PVE or two. Early on I sat a few out and enjoyed lower scaling but now Im just beaten down with 395s early no matter how I did during the last PVE. If I get 499 out of 500 because the stupid scaling and lack of required, shouldnt difficulty reset? Even just a little. Please?

I'm sure the difficulty of your bracket has decreased, but you're still in the bad luck spot all of us are in: community scaling. Level 395 Daken's and Juggernauts. I'm just glad there's only one character enemy in all this, and you can mostly stunlock them, though Juggy's constant unstoppable crashes are sure to make you lose a few battles through bad cascades -> headbutts.

What I fail to understand is when a new character is released the interview on Marvel's site states that they are excited about adding a new character to the fold because of the story telling opportunities that open up. Yet no new stories ever show up. I've been playing over 200 days now and Sentry got added with a new story (Which was popular BTW) and There was dead pool (also Popular) but everyone else just gets released with a rehashed story or heroic. Perhaps taking design time to develop a new story that corresponds to each character released. I get that might take a while but If you read this thread the player base is ready for a break in the new character parade.

Problem: veteran players accumulate HP topping events even with a ton of shielding. They're spending less money.

Solution: release a continuous stream of new heroes so that the veterans need to spend 11250HP to keep up their "maxed" status.

I'm at work and so can't check the game but I'm curious: It's November 6th and I have heard nothing of the Heroic being up. Any word on if this is actually happening, or is this just a super early April Fools joke?

I ask only because there's no new event thread yet in the Events forum and I'm curious what the progression rewards are going to be.

Also, me and my tiny roster hate Heroics, because half the time I'm lucky if I have the necessary 3 characters to field.

Daylight Savings Time pushed all events back one hour from normal. Plus, no one is thrilled about Juggs Heroic and want to deny that it's even happening for as long as possible. FYI, the max reward is yellow Panther.
