Normally, I'd be really pissed off about this too, but after reading up on her ability set, I'm having a hard time shifting out of apathy. I can't think of any scenario that would make me excited to get those abilities into play. She'll probably just eventually become another fully-covered level 40 3*

One of the worst events in my opinion. It's just about grinding and isn't really fun.

Great Colossus is featured in limited PVE roster and the last PVP of the season. Tell the dev's to make him the essential character as well. Oh and can they kick my dog while you are at it.

Yup! I have saved tokens from the previous Run so now it's Black Panther in the center, flanked by BW Grey Suit and Colossus, with iMags (Marvel Now! 2*Magneto) in the actual token redemtion box. The Post Event screens don't have the helpful pop-up "click here" Drop Rate screen so I can't see who else is featured.

2 out of 3 are certainly solid characters, and even BWGS is decent in PVE. But they're slow. So Juggs will still Headbutt everyone to death while you're futilely trying to get the yellow for Colossus to tank for you.

I try not to rag on D3 too much anymore, especially about trying to make money, since that is their goal. Hopefully they make enough to keep this game we all play (let's be honest) probably too much going.

But, hopefully someone is countring the votes. In which case I vote stop the heroics...please. Especially juggs. It's hard for players to see it as anything more than it is - a cash grab on heal packs. You're gonna need em', especially if you want to build your Colossus from PvP winnings for PvE. I honestly have grown to hate PvE after 1 run through, and I used to love PvE. It's was so fun, you can use the guys you love and want to use, or that you don't usually use instead of your top 4 roster you play to death on PvP.

But now? Yippie, I really want to fight a buffed up Juggs with maybe a bullseye and a nuker baddy every two hours for 4 days straight to barely squeek in for a cover. Especially since progression rewards end at about half of what you need for a score to be top 50. C'mon guys. Put the fun back in the game.

Appreciate some thought behind new charecter builds, but the delivery is starting to make me very fatigued. Also, although you are selling more HP and ISO from expanding to a new charecter every week, the postive effect of a new charecter is really wearing thin. I kinda liked Blade for what he was, but now regret putting anything into him. When am I ever going to use him? By the time there's a Blade PvP again, or he's featured there will be 6 more new charecters to build. Meanwhile my poor neglected X Force is crying "Feed me iso, feed me iso!"

I may sit this one out on getting the 1 extra Mystique cover. Having a job and requiring at least 6 hours sleep, does not afford me the oppertunity to grind an entire PvE map every 2 hours to even dream of finishing in the top 25. Or is rubberbanding getting better? Seems weaker? And I'm not ragging on those people who make the comitment to put in teh extra push. I just think it takes all the fun out of the game when the structure of the event necissitates having no sleep, or no job or no life. I get away with putting in a couple games at work, can't imagine what the people who can't have to do.

Fix the model D3, you've heard it enough I think.

For those that have participated in Heroic Juggernaut events for an extended amount of time, the rewards have outweighed the incredible cost to your sanity and time. The team is very excited to offer this old feature once again to the game, for all players to despise and to reap the "rewards" of what the Heroic Events are meant to provide in the game (a repetitive, soul-crushing experience with minimal rewards). I couldn't agree more. She seems not much different than Blade or any of the other recent add-ons who sit at the bottom of my bench collecting covers (Colossus, Doc Ock, Blade, Beast, She Hulk.. etc... etc) But I'm sure I'll end up opening up a spot for her and for Lady Thor soon.. I haven't really figured out why I keep all these max covered level 40 3*'s but one day maybe I'll figure it out..

You must not have played against the Blade node in the Gauntlet. He was brutal and worth the ISO. I would also say Colossus and She-Hulk are both worth leveling. Just wait till the colossus PVP when there is a cascade and he fastball special's right before Sentry's CD tiles goes off. That will not be fun.
I agree on Beast, and if they ever come out with some new PVE stories I think Doc Ock will be really nasty with some goons especially when he is 5,5,5 and is being fed Blue and Green. I don't think all characters are built for us to play consistantly I think a lot of the villians are built with goons in mind which is why some villians have such high AP costs.

They should know this is a problem with such an outcry in under the first three hours of announcement. But I have no doubt it will fall upon def ears and we will be ignored again. I'm not sure who they are catering to, but it isn't people who pay attention to what they are doing.

I think I got screwed over on the last Venom Heroic and I hate these events, where you have to place stupidly well and play ALL the time to get even 1 or more 3* covers, particularly new ones. I miss the old days - I play the same amount as I used to but my current roster of newer 3*s is horrendously poor compared to the rate I used to be able to earn them. It's part of the stuff that is slowly turning me off the game.

Anyway, on one hand, we are all stuck on the same sucky boat together, so if it sucks, it's the way to go.

On the other hand, maybe they'll cut back on the nodes or rotate them or bigger roster or easier or something.

Uh, I dunno... just waffling. The devs aren't too fussed - when have we ever had any (genuine, non-anniversary) influence in event running and they are going to do what they want anyway. People are going to play the freaking thing anyway to get the new character. Devs aren't stupid - they'll be like play it or don't - someone will get the covers anyway, doesn't matter to us who it is.

Blah blah blah. Back to other stuff...
