Another hulk event?!?!

Something wrong with the scoring, I played way way way sub optimal, sometimes not even finishing missions more than once....But after playing to completion all day yesterday and today I am at rank 23.... No way I should be even close to that score and with the way the last round scoring is jacked up..No way I finish out of top 1500... Rubber banding is broke as someone who is lazy like me is going to steal away some prizes from someone who busted their **** playing...

No, it's just that as the event goes on, more points are awarded. The first two-three days of the event can be matched in score by one round of max multiplier 2000 point rounds.

So as long as you play hard on the last few days (while also playing a bit throughout) you will end up in the top.

There's nothing lazy about achieving an optimal result without performing unnecessary labor. That's called efficiency.

Yeah, the key thing was to exhaust all of the "rubberband" points at the end of each mission reset. That didn't really require much grinding at all, particularly if you hit the 2000pt or 1000pt Punisher missions and/or the harder ones in each sub-event. Once you got the missions down to just giving their base points, you could stop. Doing that would've gotten you top 1500. Top 300 required doing that, plus also grinding a bit in the last day or two.

Of course, if EVERYONE takes that approach, then we won't unlock the good progression rewards, so we definitely owe the people who were diligent about grinding every day and pushed the point ceiling higher.

Grinded every mission and now outside of 300.....kind of annoys me, as I played every mission to the max whenever it popped up.

At 62,000 and now I'm worried ill be out of top 1500

Unless you're say #1432, I doubt there's much chance of you dropping out of the top 1500 at this point.

I hope so, #427 at the moment, saving one mission to beat in the last hoir, so hopefullu that will push me over towards the end.

#1 spot had 62491 when the final submissions ended. I'm pretty sure he's done. He's got 62716 now.

if so, rubber banding is done unless somebody passes him. He was in first before the final 12 hours, so I doubt anyone will pass him.

For a sign of what things look like further back, I've got 47,575 points and I'm in 5,569th place. Not having a Punisher left me just this short of being able to get a Punisher. I"m guessing a few thousand will hit 50,000 points if the distribution is consistent at all.

No hints have been dropped, but assuming new PvE content isn't ready this week, I wouldn't be shocked were it left on a loop so there's always something PvE to do.

Finished all the missions, currently at #63 with 62280. And I think that's it. I might try to get some of the 500 ISO, but I'm so utterly sick of this event I don't think I will. I have over 230 standard tokens as well.

Lol, I have 194. Had some family stuff to do this morning, so I did the high value stuff about six hours early, and squeezed a few more in, but slid to about 350. Waited to do the final missions, looks like I might squeak into top 300, but very happy with top 1500.

Down to 40 something now. I've farmed the easiest two for all rewards, most of the third but yeah, ready for this to end. The green ****Wolvie will complete my collection.

The way the rubberbanding works is that efforts at the end are worth more than efforts at the beginning. However someone who is ahead of you that matched your efforts at the end will still be ahead of you at the end, so you have to play harder than the guys you plan on passing up.

Finally finished these last few missions. Ended up with 62374 points and currently sitting at #16. I expect to fall as the day goes on but I'm really happy with my placing this time.
