How to file a ticket for this awful 3* tourney?

You and your colleagues ought to be able to analyze whether or not there are the differences we are reporting. In a weekend tournament, it is usually a challenge to reach 900 to 1100 rank points. Despite my efforts I didn't reach 700. We've been asking for more realistic progression awards. The best reward at1400 when 1100 is an accomplishment made by only a few for a very short time, makes it seem out of reach. What was the highest progression award? What is normally the highest progression award?0 -
Count me in as one affected by the limited match making and point scoring bug. I'll reach 550 and immediately get knock back to 350 by multiple attacks, sometimes by the same player. In past weekend events I can easily reach the 900 progression rewards, can't even reach 600 this time. I've been playing since week 1, and I can say that this is definitely not normal.0

Here is another anecdote suggesting the scoring system for the tournament had an issue. About 40 minutes before the end, I had about 280 points and retaliated against a player with similar points. The win (first attempt) scored me -7 points. That's a minus in front of the seven. Any scoring system should not produce negative points after a win.0

It didn't. You were simply attacked at the same time. Sometimes the score shown to you reflects other scoring changes, sometimes it doesn't (which itself is a bit of a problem).0 -
Well its nice and sad at the same time some of the top players experienced the same thing i did for this.
Im sure iceix can see what teams won top 5 for each bracket and what didnt and see a discrepency among team power.0 -
Also, did anyone fight Blue Rogue? At first it popped up and only a lvl15 BWGS was there. Allowed me to fight and I made quick work of her for abt 15 pts. Within a minute I got hit back for -20 or so. I did it a few more times for the iso but the spread got too great as I lost over 30 soon after and skipped. Later in day got hit by Blue Rogue but this time lvl15 hood and lvl15 BWGS only. Not sure how someone with out full team is showing and even more befuddled how they kept beating me right back.0

Yes level 15 is correct bc their health was 600ish.0 -

Yes, this was the squad that hit me at least twice. Look, I know boosts can help you and everything, but running out level 15 guys against 60-70+ opponents... something smells really, really dirty about this one. Either someone has exploited something, or the devs are up to some money scheming, automated beat down, no-good. The other fishiness is getting hit by multiple teams at the same time, over and over.0 -
I got top 5 with around 500 points. Got hit quite a few times but was able to keep ahead of the losses. The fishy thing is I was running a **** spiderman (only 1 blue) and mid level GSBW and IM40. No way I should have been in top 5. I'm not complaining at all but i was pretty shocked. Now I find out that Kingpins like Dugn couldn't crakck 300 points and it confirms that something was off about this one.0

I waited it out towards the end to make my run. Hit 500+ points with like 1-2 minutes left in 2nd place down by 30.
Did a match that last minute, had not been attacked yet in this 30 minute spree I was making) and got popped for around -130 between 4 people all at once to drop me to a top 15 finish. 2nd time I missed out on punishers at the final minutes. At least it gave me the 2 I was missing so I have my 3 base covers :S0 -
I noticed this trend early on Saturday especially losing to the power level of teams I was losing to. I can always believe I can lose to a mega-cascade, I've certainly won from poor positions with one. I tried one more time making a run Saturday night and got pegged back as soon as I crossed 500. At that point I stayed out of it until 30 minutes to go. Never got attacked again and I took the four highest points opponents I could find and somehow eased into a top 15. Wasn't looking at the scoreboard I was just going as fast as I could to get four high value matches in.
This was a weird tournament and I thought others were going to do the same as me and just try and score 150-160 from off the pace and see where that got you.0 -
All I can assume is that those of you who have uber powerful 3 star teams have mmr's that get you attacked by other uber powerful teams. That's the way its supposed to work right? I always hear that you guys can finish off a round in less than a minute. So if 4 or 5 guys were able to attack you and beat you in a minute or so you could have dropped dramatically very quickly. It was taking me about 2-3 minutes to beat up another weakish team even with boosts. So people in my mmr range weren't able to beat me up as quickly as the people in your mmr range were able to pound on you. It also may help that I tanked the last lightning round of the week so my mmr was low enough that most of those in my range had weaker teams than me and therefore didn't retaliate. And your uber teams couldn't see me (although theladder did hit me as he was climbing the ladder). But still I think that something should be done to limit the amount of times you can be hit in the last minutes of a tournament or in any 30 minute period or something0

Not in this tournament. I only used boosts in the final four matches I played and they still took me 2-3 minutes. This wasn't "thunderclap and pound" if you weren't paying attention Mag could down your Rag just as you were setting up for the kill, causing a slower plan B. Running Spidey to avoid the use of health packs also slows things down because once you have a lock on the game you have to heal everyone back up depending on how many hits you've taken. If you really want to see slow see the match where Spidey is all you have left with enough blue to stun lock. Winning a match with match3's a turn is really a grind. I enjoyed this tournament because it was not mindless it was a constant motion of threat assessment and how to play it the best. If I hadn't been losing as many points as I was gaining I would've played all weekend. I am happy with the matchmaker in the matches I was getting as they did seem to have similar power and MMR to me. It was the teams that could see me from so far away and were killing my points that was what was strange.0 -
I had to use +3 purple/blue and +3 all to keep afloat with 300 points FOR THE LAST HOUR. And yes, it's to feed my mags. How sad is it that ragnarok spam can't kill fast enough to maintain 300 pts? I leaned heavily on translocation and blue chaining.0

Getting slapped by multiple people is hardly surprising. If the MMR is matching you up with comparable opponents, then every cheap trick you have to win quickly is available to your opponent(s), except there is only one of you (to pile up victories) but there sure can be far more than one guy trying to bring you down, especially if your rating makes you look like an attractive target.0

I don't mind it if i had 1000 points. But since when is 300 points "attractive" when i have 141/115/110 team0 -

I do believe thats part of the problem. I think they should force you to sign up within 12 hours of the tournament end or you can't participate.0 -
