Who doesn't like mutants? I mean, there are a lot of people in the Marvel Universe who don't like mutants, but never mind them. We like mutants and today we are focusing on one of the less popular mutants, Hazmat.

Everyone is encouraged to participate. Just follow 3 rules:

1. Stick to the character in the title. You may choose any depiction of that character whether it is a younger, older, alternate version, etc.

2. Provide the character's rarity, name of each power, color, cost, and description. If you're feeling a bit more expressive, also provide the power differentiation at each level. Include as much or little detail as you desire, but providing more detail paints a better picture. I like to include all of the bells and whistles, but as long as the information is there and understandable, it is fine. As an example, I will begin the challenge with my own design.

3. You may utilize someone else's ideas, but give them credit. There are few unique ideas in the world so the chances that at least 2 people will think of having X character do a "thing" is high. Post your ideas freely. However, if you were inspired by something in another post, include it, but give credit to the inspiration for your idea.

Constructive discussion is encouraged, and if you have any suggestions for a future CCC, leave a comment.

LET'S BEGIN!

I really like this moveset idea. E.M.P. would be good in PVE for one or against people like 5* SW and Emma, and it will make her a good teammate with 4* Capt Marvel. I absolutely love the passive effect for Going Nuclear, which would make her a good ally to the Hulk, so does Irradiatebecause, with these moves, they can generate Green AP quickly which allows the Hulk to spam Thunder Clap for one and for her to unleash Going Nuclear. All in all, I'd say she is a very useful ally to have. I enjoyed this one a lot.

    Hazmat (Avengers Academy)

    4 Star (Legendary)

    Health: Moderate
    Match Damage: Low

      Spreading Radiation 0  AP
(PASSIVE) Hazmat releases radiation waves around her, making those around her sick. If there isn’t one on the board, generates a Green 3-turn Countdown tile that depletes AP in a random colour by 1 every round and deals 500 damage to all enemies. The Countdown tile converts surrounding tiles in a 3x3 block into Green tiles when it counts down.
    (At level 70)
    • Level 2: Deals 750 damage to the enemy team.
    • Level 3: Deals 1000 damage to the enemy team.
    • Level 4: Deals 1250 damage to the enemy team.
    • Level 5: Deals 1500 damage to the enemy team.

      Biohazard Caution 9  AP
Hazmat releases a blast of radiation at the target. Turns a 3x3 block around a selected block into Green tiles, dealing 100 damage for each non-Green tiles converted.

(PASSIVE) While a Spreading Radiation tile is on the board, Team-up matches generate an additional Countdown tile.
    (At level 70)
    • Level 2: Deals 200 damage...
    • Level 3: Deals 300 damage...
    • Level 4: Deals 400 damage...
    • Level 5: Deals 500 damage...

      Hazmat Suit 0  AP
(PASSIVE) Hazmat's suit is meant to protect those around her. While a Spreading Radiation tile is on the board, friendly Green matches deal damage to the enemy team and creates a strength 30 Protect tile. If a protect tile is matched or destroyed, deal 300 damage to the enemy team.
    (At level 70)
    • Level 2: ..strength 60 protect tile...600 damage to the enemy team.
    • Level 3: ...strength 90 protect tile...900 damage to the enemy team.
    • Level 4: ...strength 90 protect and attack tiles...900 damage to the enemy team.

@Kelvinkhr Interesting that you focused each power on the Spreading Radiation tile. That incentivizes the player to make as many green and team-up matches as possible while it's on the board. I also noticed that each power deals damage to some degree. With low match damage that makes her more of a sniper who eats away at the enemy's health while hiding in the background. Nice.
