It'll change any minute now. From what I can tell these pushes aren't automated so they don't come down at a uniform time, but more a general time frame whenever someone remembers to manually do the push. I remember someone from demi saying in discord oops, forgot the push and it came down a few hours later than usual. I'll eat my hat if it doesn't change today.
Other possibility is along with SCL 10 they are changing a lot of the expected standards around how and when 5*s are release and when stores change. Since they don't tell us in advance we'll only find that out if we start seeing a new pattern unexpectedly. But if it comes today it's inline with existing expectations.
The data push definitely seems to be later than usual, but they've been very erratic lately (when did yesterday's come? Like 8am EST?) I'm not particularly concerned.
If the tokens don't change after the data push, then I'll wonder what's up.
