    "Several characters are getting balance updates and most characters are getting increased health. These changes will take effect on 4/17/15."

    iOS. Been that way since at least 3:00 EDT.

    Not likely. What's more likely is you read it wrong, which is totally okay to admit. I saw that pop-up about a half-hour before you made your post about it saying something else.
