Slarow wrote: Doctors don't heal wounds. They patch them until the body heals itself. Wolverine/Daken's bodies naturally heal faster, hence true healing. Spidey, OBW, and Beast are only patching the wounds to improve the chance that the character will last long enough (i.e. not die) for the wounds to heal themselves at their natural pace.
