    nope... I gave up. tried on different machines and stuff, still didn't work for me and some others. tried on some android VMs and still didn't work. (you can see how desperate I am with this game)
    was glad that an actual PC version came up... now i'm just waiting for link.
    hope you get yours fixed....
  • My link is working properly. So nice to play on the desktop, can see the character and UI art so much better. Only ugly bit is when claiming/receiving rewards, seems still primarily targeted a portrait mobile screen, and a magenta fringe/border around it that probably isn't intended.

    No real bugs for me so far. Some of the animations aren't consistently fluid, but that's probably just my PC. It isn't exactly state of the art.

    EDIT: my mistake, the fringe/border is blue.

  • I sent the linking message on the night the game went into beta. Sent from the PC client. Anyone who used the PC client get linked? Suspect the script did not work and they did a few by hand. I think that linking PC, android, and iOS versions of the game is the killer feature so if it is doable it should be just as easy as selecting my Facebook account like on the mobile devices. I'll still take a manual link up of course icon_e_smile.gif

  • So I just found out about this game when it went on Steam the other day, and I see that it's available on mobiles too. I noticed in the opening post of this thread there's a way to have an account that will work on the PC and mobile versions so I could play at home and then continue playing on my mobile, but I don't quite understand how to do that? Where do I submit a ticket? The link provided seemed to just be some sort of beta signup page?
  • You need to get far enough in both versions to have created a PvP name. That means getting through the tutorials so you can get to SHIELD Training, starting a PVP fight, and choosing a PvP name when prompted. You also need to link the mobile version to a Facebook account using the in game UI. After that, send a link request using the feedback for in either the PC or Mobile version, giving the TWO PvP names you created and your facebook email address (example mpq.fatcatfan@facebook.com). A bit convoluted, but that's the process right now.


    After playing a long time on PC last night, I think maybe Facebook sharing of rewards is not enabled on that version? That or I just had a long string of unlucky rolls for sharing. So even having games linked, there's a reason to prefer using the mobile version to keep the exchange of rewards flowing. I could never have pulled that marathon session to get the 500 HP in double shot on mobile though.


    I evetually found I could actually skip opponents more efficiently on PC than on mobile. Click once to choose a battlefield, position the mouse cursor over skip, then alternate using spacebar to open the versus screen and clicking the mouse to skip. Of course then increased speed meant I was even more likely to accidentally skip a high value target.
  • IceIX, it occurs to me that I never got an email confirming the feedback I sent for linking my Facebook/Android account with the Steam version. In light of this, do I need to resubmit the feedback to get the link done? I'm NFHQ on Android, Fox_SpyE on PC. NFHQ [at] Sunsetcomputing.com for the facebook email address.
  • its been about 3 days and also no feedback about a submitted ticket to link accounts. i sent the request from pc instead of mobile if that makes a difference
  • yeah I gave up on the PC submitted ticket and sent an email directly to them. still nothing.
  • I've been waiting patiently for the sync. Today I finally gave up and submitted another request and finally got a response: The beta is now over and we don't do that anymore.

    So much for playing on my laptop.
  • I sent my request from both mobile and PC and got answered the next day, mine is now linked and working great!

    Bummer but at least you got a response. I sent one from PC and one from mobile and did not hear anything back on either. I prefer the game on my iPad anyway.

    Umm what?!?! I got the beta email and installed right away, got to the PVP and sent my ticket in but never heard anything. I had tried the official email and actually got a response quickly but this is what i got... This is crazy!
