Yay! I've sent off another small batch. We also figured out what one of the major issues with the in-game feedback form was and are working on a stop-gap solution till we can get something more permanent in place. It seems that if two people put in feedback in close timing to one another, one ticket would "eat" the other. Not a good thing at all! I'll be making a more general post about it soon, but for now, the best way to get a ticket resolved is to mail mobilesupport@d3p.us. The Feedback ticket is great for us since it provides your player ID for us to easily look into things, but what good is that when your ticket may be eaten?

The nice thing about the PC version is that we can at least copy paste our player ID into our e-mail client easily.

i got my accounts linked. BUT incorrectly!
the copied my steam save over my android one!
now im stuck at basic characters at level one whereas on my android ac i was having a lvl54 thor, 22 im35, 20 juggernaught and around 10 character slots!
Please copy my android save over the steam one. sent a PM to IceIX

IceIX - is it possible to somehow merge both accounts? I have one of the DLCs on my STEAM account and it would be cool if I can play with my mobile account on PC + get the bonus from DLC as well.

Hmm, the purchase should transfer over. If it didn't, send a mail off to mobilesupport@d3p.us with your old Steam PVP name that you used to purchase so we can track it and we can always credit that currency to the mobile account.

So, I'm not sure if this was posted, but I found a REALLY quick way to skip through opponents in matchmaking.

1. Open up a match (I only used the left circle in a Lightning Round, so it might work for all ones you choose, but I like Forest best so I didn't really test it with others)
2. Click skip, and keep your mouse exactly where it was; DO NOT MOVE IT
3. Press space bar as soon as the last matchup leaves the screen; the forest stage will be selected again

If you don't like the next matchup, just click and hit spacebar again as soon as that matchup leaves the screen. I was going through matches in less than a second. WAY faster than two fingers on a phone.

ALSO: If you press space bar when you've found a match, it goes to the select your hero screen. If your game is focused on a hero who's injured and you hit space bar again, you use a health pack to heal him. I did this with a ragnarok that was only down like 150 health. Can this be changed to like, press H to use a health pack? Please?
