    Just got it on steam today!!! thanks!

    noticed a few things....
    can't access this site when prompted for upgrade. https://mpq.demiurgestudios.net/mpq/pc/
    secondly, when will synching with Facebook be available?

    1 - Known issue, see the posts above. Just hit No and ignore it till it comes up and annoys you again.
    2 - See the first post in this thread for information on getting us the info to manually link the account.
  • also realized that if you accidentally choose a resolution that's not supported, the window minimizes into the taskbar..
    if we click it, it'll just pop-up and jump back into taskbar...
    i'm kind of stuck.
    is there a way to manually adjust the resolution?

    manage to solve it... click on the game from taskbar... before it minimizes, do a alt-enter

One of the techs has done up a simple script for it, but that occurred too late in the day to rationalize running it then making sure that it all did what it was supposed to without causing any unintended side effects.

    They're the name you used when you first do Versus or an Event.

    Correct, whatever you like if you're just using it as a throwaway to link with your mobile version.

    I am quite sure it shouldn't be like this. I would advise sending feedback in-game about this (envelope in top right corner).

    Maybe Marvel Puzzle Quest doesn't support Steam cloud save.

    So don't panic yet? I sent my ticket early on dec 3rd. I haven't had too much luck with responses on tickets in the past.
  • Why did you choose steam to link to? Will there be steampowered awards/badges? What are the benefits of steam?

    At the moment, it does not. It's on the list of features to add in the future, but doesn't have a time. For now, manually transferring the save will have to do.

    It's the largest digital storefront around, offers very simple methods to update the game for all users, has an account based system that can be hooked into for in-game transactions... Steam pretty much does exactly what we need it to do, so it was chosen. It's possible that we'll add more Steam specific features in the future like achievements/cloud saves/etc, but for now we want the game in users' hands.
