Though I'm not sure what they would do to have both a 3* and a 5* version.
There have been many Hobgoblins over the years, but they mostly all look/act the same. It's just all the different aliases behind the mask.

They have said in the past they intend to finish the Phoenix Five, so if we're getting a 5* Namor that should be it.

That being said, could be him, they're usually pretty generic with these clues so it's probably just someone who flies...

The character is likely Spectrum/Photon. Similar to Contest of Champions adding her. Hint makes sense and I believe it lines up with when the movie was supposed to be out before being delayed to November. Just unsure what the 3 star version can be. 5 star will likely be MCU.
