It is roughly 1 million in match damage. I noted it earlier. Basically, it seems like the game cannot resolve ultra high damage.
It is likely the reason 3* can turn over the health barrier and the 5 has a ton of trouble getting over 10 mill

So the challenge would be to produce 1 million in strike tile damage? Of course there would need to be an opposing BiB in a puzzle gauntlet node.

I was thinking about doing "what's the highest value you can get on a strike tile?" as a potential future challenge, but I'm not sure if that one is as fair as this one was. It feels like that would be easier if you had a higher level roster.

I suspect what happens is that 0 damage is not actually allowed because it would lead to an infinite loop.
So when a character is airborne or invisible my guess is they put a divide by 1 million multiplier on it so that it passes the 0 check but is so small that it doesn't show up as 1 damage on the character (and be visible in the game). This is similar to how Deadpool Whales doesn't actually win the game but instead just does a crazy amount of damage (500K or something).
They probably need to adjust the divide by multiplier to 2 billion

My thought was that having very high level boosters (like Kitty) would give you a big advantage, but you're right -- we thought a high level Evo would be an advantage and it really wasn't.

Yeah, I was inspired by a post on Reddit to see what the max was. It was about a week before Puzzle Gauntlet opened.
I was just generally thinking about it a lot while working through PG, and realized during my 3rd run-through on that node that if I could get rid of IF without downing ProfX, I could farm the boosted yellow tiles "indefinitely". But I didn't have HEvo on that run, and wasn't willing to retreat. Thankfully, the node let me make another try even after I had all 3 rewards.

That's strange. The forum inbox is located next to your forum profile picture on the main tool bar located at the top of the web page. It might be different if you are accessing using a mobile device.

This might be part of the damage reduction, but it doesn't sound right to me. If I was doing 0 effective damage for hundreds of matches before I reached the point where I downed ProfX, then suddenly do at least 675 following one use of Hevo's yellow, it seems like some fixed amount is being subtracted, rather than a fixed divisor.
I'm saying that one use of his power is unlikely to have multiplied my damage by well over 675.

Stumbled across this since I just happened to be in the neighborhood, 5* Evo also flips to 1 health and no match damage after 2billion. If you want a really fast way to reproduce:
Evo, 5 AuntMay, Heim VS 4 Invisible Woman
Heim blue to cover as much yellow as possible, kill IW 2 partners. Now every match she makes gives you yellow, while Auntie is also making yellow.
