Right, that's why I started thinking AP reduction. Heimdall is a pretty good idea there, would Heimdall/Deathlok work?
To answer this question, yes Heimdall deathlok is a good team. With the added bonus of Heimdall letting you double check if Elektra has shadow step tiles in play

Blackstone is crushing it though with his 5* score. The best I've done is 42M
I think I figured out the Shadow Step maths. I was at 40M health and made a single match. Elektra had 2 tiles out. Both ticked and then she was downed.
Maybe when match damage gets so high the back end is treating it like multiple hits?

I couldn't wait until tonight and gave it a shot while my wife is busy on TikTok.... And I found the limit.
I hit the billion then one more above @rainkingucd and thought that would be it.
I was wrong... What happened next surprised me...

Elektra then one shotted HEvo while I was trying to figure out what was happening.
So, the highest health is 2,028,66,050 followed by 1.

And Elektra's shadow step was blocking 18 mil per match. Don't ask me how.

So first off, was that what that other guy was trying to show us? His picture had 2billion and then the 1/1. I wish he'd come back and explain what he was up to...
Second, I think you win now, at least the 3* division. That is truly incredible.
Third, should we submit this as a bug??? I'm sure it'd be a high-priority fix!

I also feel like the devs should should see this insanity and give out some ACTUAL awards instead of the entirely theoretical bragging rights that I offered initially.

I think we hit the end of where they input code for health.
Just my assumption though.
Yeah, some dev acknowledgement would be nice, but it's been fun.It's a group effort though, showing each other what's possible.

I didn't even try and I loved following along with you guys!
We should run something like this for every puzzle gauntlet -- it seems like the rules there are much more conducive to doing crazy stuff.
I have a few more ideas, hopefully others will have some as well.

Sour Cream was showing you that health is a 32 bit signed integer variable in the game. The max value of a 32 bit signed integer is 2,147,483,647 and then it wraps around and starts over from 1. That's why he made the comment that his screen shot was the max theoretical value possible.
They need to make it a 64 bit integer

I doubt its a bug but more a techinical aspect. Kind of like in Civ 2 when they put Ghandis went to 0 aggression it sent him way the other way.
That number is probably the end of assignable blocks (?) for health since I'm sure they never inteded for character to have that much health. Going beyond that sets it to 1 I guess.I guess it would be a low priority to fix. Since we are intentionally breaking the game and this would never occur during normal play.

It was just a joke! I'm sure if it even ended up on a list, that it'd be the lowest possible priority -- this could never happen in regular play.

Well done @Blackstone . Absolutely crushed it.
This was a lot of fun. Getting 3* Evo to 96M seemed like insanity back on page 1 during the Challenge node with Juggs. Just 4 pages later, Blackstone actively broke the character through the upper limits.

It's interesting to see the difference between different level characters when boosted so much.
