Probably what happened in the match where you couldn't stun him is that you stunned his only active ally and then his passive activated. Once it activates it can't be unactivated, so he will stay in that mode for the rest of the match.

That is probably what happened; I wonder if that’s a bug or intended? I don’t think other powers treat stunned as inactive.

We don't have Red Skull, Grim Reaper, Annihilus, Deathstrike, Zemo, Any of the original Inner Circle of the Hellfire Club except Emma, Korvac, The Leader, Nimrod, Grandmaster, Graviton, Crimson Dynamo, Titanium Man, Hobgoblin, Jackal even Mojo who all have greater legacies than Omega Red. I honestly don't get why he shouldn't be a 4*. Sabretooth is a 4* - are people seriously saying that Omega Red is a bigger Wolverine foe than Creed? Can't wrap my head around this one and think people have lost their minds. When we end up with 4* Surtur I will know who to blame!!!

Omega Red was that character that has been requested on the forums since the very beginning. Yes there were many that were requested but it was Omega Red that never got added. Before I made my account on the forums I still followed the conversations and it was unanimously Omega Red that the community seemed to want most. There are a lot of characters people want, but none are as wanted as Omega Red.

I'm not sure if it supposed to work like this, but it's how he's always worked and they haven't changed it so I guess it's just another one of those things where we arent' sure if it's working as intended or if it's a bug that just hasn't been worked out.

There were too many important characters that needed to be added first. He is still like 46th on the list but I guess they just want to finally get it over with. To think we could have had Power Pack. 😏

Honestly that is my fear as it would be a shame if Classic Omega Red isn't the 5 star. But Symbiote Omega Red is a possibility.

I loved omega red from watching the xmen cartoon, he was just cool. However, this could be be a double edged sword, he's either going to be ridiculously awesome or he won't.
I think if he at least counters and punishes the infinite revive characters it will make the majority of players happy...ish, well happy for this place anyway.

He was a dude dealing unbeliable damage with his tentacles in the game, his special at max.
Is that a good reason to having him in game? Yes of course! We have a Rex and a shark and nobody knows them.
Are there better foes for Wolverine? It could be. But we still need a viable 5* Wolverine. Probably won't matter much if omega red in this game is better than Wolverine (we have spider-man and chasm saying hello there).
So everything is ok and great.

Wolverine is just a punching bag with knife hands, the one we have is as good as that character is I think.

Blame Chris Claremont. He always despised Wolverine. Funny enough if he had continued beyond X-Men #3 his plan was to kill off Wolverine (as he had wanted to do before that but John Byrne objected) - from the minute Claremont crucified Wolverine in that X-Men issue he established Wolvie as torture porn. Logan became a superstar despite his main writer desperately trying to prevent it. Then everyone after just figured how do we top this? So Wolverine got increasingly mangled.

There is an issue of the Ultimate line (might have been a mini series?) where I think Hulk rips him in half but I can't remember what happens. I think maybe the head half grew new legs? Could be wrong. Wolverine's healing factor got ever more ridiculous. In the original Wolverine mini series after his final duel with Shingen he takes a few months to fully heal, fast forward to Civil War and he gets exploded by Nitro and he heals himself back from basically a skeleton in about 2 minutes.

Old Man Logan got [spoiler]'d by [spoiler] and completely grew back to full health in that comic. I think bisecting him laterally top to bottom and having both regenerate into a full person, perhaps one named Logan (no last name) and the other named Little Jimmy Howlett (ugh that movie defining his origin...) would be...a story certainly.

Like I know if you cut off his arm, he just grows a new arm, and if you cut off his head, he grows a new body, but what if you cut him in half exactly down the middle? How would he decide which half was the "real" one?

And if each half grew into a new wolverine, could you repeat the process and get 4 wolverines?

I think there have been some Deadpool issues in which Deadpool had these sorts of regenerative “struggles” occur….I could just be mixing up that time he fused with Madcap…or something like that.

Yeah, not sure about wolverine, but deadpool has created evil(er) deadpool's from his discarded parts.
