Honestly if it is, and ends up being Omega Red. I wouldn't even be angry. Omega Red deserves the title of "Broken" over any other character with how sought after he is.

Bad

Omega red: passive: he revives infinitely if his partners are downed.
If his partners aren't downed he revives 3 times full health.
Passive: spores of death: removes any condition making omega red unable to revive.

What if at the start of the game, he chooses 1 person to stun? Instead of Chasm where it's everyone for 1 turn. He would have the ability to choose an enemy right when the game starts. And the targeted enemy is stunned for 4 turns. Then make it so he has another stun on his kit somewhere. Maybe increased match damage or ability damage if the enemy is stunned.

Doesn't matter if it's 3,4,5 Star version of Omega Red if it's him (just like people where aking for dazzler)be careful of what you wish for he'll end up being a dud. expectations should be kept low.

They can't ever do this power, because passives have gotten too complicated. Like, think about what happens if you shut off 5* Riri's passive.

There are others like that, plus active/passive combos where an active power puts something on the board that turns on a passive...there's just too much going on with some of these powers now.

Chasm stuns you turn 0, which prevents all of the "at the start of the match" passives from going off (I still think this is unintentional -- they either can't fix it or don't care).

This stops stuff like Beta Ray Bill placing protect tiles, or Magik placing repeaters -- passives that only fire the first turn.

I thought you were asking for the guy who passively turned off all passive powers for the entire fight. They can't do that guy.

They fixed all the passives that got shut down without meaning to. So Beta Ray Bill still get's AP from destroyed Protect tiles, he just doesn't make any at the start.

But...why? We don't have Red Skull, Grim Reaper, Annihilus, Deathstrike, Zemo, Any of the original Inner Circle of the Hellfire Club except Emma, Korvac, The Leader, Nimrod, Grandmaster, Graviton, Crimson Dynamo, Titanium Man, Hobgoblin, Jackal even Mojo who all have greater legacies than Omega Red. I honestly don't get why he shouldn't be a 4*. Sabretooth is a 4* - are people seriously saying that Omega Red is a bigger Wolverine foe than Creed? Can't wrap my head around this one and think people have lost their minds. When we end up with 4* Surtur I will know who to blame!!!

Well, if they are hoping that releasing Omega Red will be the End Of All the whining about Omega Red they are probably wrong.

This always comes about...

Why do we get this guy when we don't have X, Y, or Z?
Big Wheel is in the game the importance factor of characters in lore doesn't matter.
If we get Omega Red be happy at least they are listening to the player base.
