    All of you ipad users are going to be stuck with the photo frame because iPad screen resolution support will be discontinued. (Source: Reddit/Discord)

    The next character is a 4* again: Red, Purple, Black. This colour scheme looks like a villian's or a crafty/cunning character's colour scheme.

    My 3-year old informed me this morning, apropos of nothing, that "Spiderman's Mommy's doctor knows the cure to the hiccups".  So, clearly pro-cure must refer to Spiderman's Mommy's Doctor.  

    Never before has one of the release notes clues been so clear.

    I don’t play on the iPad, but why on earth add that stupid border?  That just calls out the issue even more. A black frame wouldn’t solve the issue but it seems more logical to me then some ugly purple border.

    Thinking Morbius for the 4 Star character. He was working on a cure and became a Vampire.

    It could be a PROfessional CUREr or a doctor . 4* Doom, Strange  or Octopus

    The colour scheme fits Morbius. But is this going to be another variation of Blade-like abilities: True heal, red tiles, basic colour tile conversion, and maybe attack/repeater tiles?

    If the iPad screen resolution is being discontinued please remove it completely. I rather have the iPhone resolution and let the iPad 2x stretch it to fill up the screen over this.

    I really hope all the iPad players are going to head to the App Store and make sure their thoughts on the game are fully expressed via a review.

    EDIT:  I did some measuring and figure that my iPad lost 25% of the formerly useable screen real estate.

    This is exactly like when you buy a box of cereal that is the same size but they put less in to make more money.

    Whoever thought the curtains were a good idea to round out the aspect change is an idiot, they just serve to make this negative change far more prominent than if you had just left it with black borders.

    If you have done this so that you only have to support one set of assets for the game, give the unlucky ratio the option for stretch to fit as a lack of huge borders and less sharp gfx would be vastly preferable to sharper gfx in a more cramped space.

    Why do y’all think it’s a 4*? The pattern is 5/4/5/4 now, is it not? We just got Misty as a 4

    The Sneak Peek was updated, and lists next Thursday's event (Fight for Wakanda) as giving out a New Character in the 4* rewards.

    Let's not put your hope too high. It could be a copy and paste error, which happens at least once per update of the thread.

    Oh also - I have an iPhone 11pro, and the bars are at the top and bottom of my screen. it's not nearly as intrusive as the screenshots i'm seeing on tablets y'all have been posting, but it's there.

    The devs claim this (iPhone 11pro bars) is an unintended change and it will be fixed.  I guess we will see.

    Also, nice phone!    ;)

    Someone already posted that a dev on discord confirmed it's a new 4*.
