Isn't Emma Frost is being featured again a bit quick?  Or is this a signal that she'll be one of the required characters in SHIELD Training?

So, although not officially announced, it looks like Devil Dino will get the new character treatment next Thursday. Also, if I'm going to have to use Emma as the essential in the new character event then please at least make that event be Enemy of the State.

More likely that she will be a 5* feeder in just under a week or they are running an X-Men themed event.

So, kicking off with RRRAAAAWRRR! And hopefully not a 7-day for release. They’ve avoided that for a long time now. Following up with a week event could work though.

Enemy of the State right after Chavez was released was pretty sweet. Wouldn't mind something like that happening again.

Also, I just noticed that this week's boost list doesn't have a single blue user in the 4* or 3* tiers. I thought there might have been one I didn't have champed or something, but there's none at all. Feels kind of weird.

If there is a boss event after Honour Among Thieves, you'd likely only get a single Emma Frost cover for personal progression, with some other 4* character for alliance progression.

I dont think almost all the players in the game are in an alliance that can clear all the waves in a boss battle.

It's also worth noting that Archangel and Gambit don't have feeders either. But if we are basing on comics connection (which we have seen is not always the case for MPQ feeding) Kitty seems most likely.

Definitely getting feeder vibes. Can't say I'm disappointed at this point, I've honestly come to expect it. What does sadden me a bit is that Emma is being featured as the 4-star, which means that we'll get someone else as the alliance reward if this is in fact some kind of boss event. Was hoping for some Emma, Nebula, or Dazzler love. I also hope that they don't give away Dino covers as progression/placement in any of the PVE events. Anniversary gives away a boatload of tokens, and you can usually pull a Dino not even trying that hard.

I think at this point that's not going to happen - if they were going to make Emma a feeder for Kitty they would have announced it Monday, yesterday at the latest.  Saying "you should really be playing this PVE" halfway through is definitely the wrong way to go about it.

Making a character that new a feeder would have been a jerk move, IMHO.  Speaking for myself, I don't have her champed, though I will get her just over the line with what I get from the PVE.  She's just over two months old...

Best guess - they're not going to give Kitty a feeder before she's out.  Wasp was a special case because of her movie, Loki a special case because of the 10 year MCU celebration.  They'll probably give us a new feeder either for the Anniversary, or for the next season.

Gonna bust the hoard tomorrow to try and cover Nebula & Dazzler, hopefully Emma can get another 5-6 covers along the way. Going into the 5E and 4E nodes with a crutch on a release event is no bueno. Doesn't help that it's hard enough to gauge your placement in Strange Sights as is.
