Playing God of Lies and it occurs to me that it really is the most representative character event going - you attack somebody for 60 points and get 25 instead. Loki is amused.

Hela is sneaky good against goons who generate passive green. In her 5E node on The Hunt (Savage) she’s eating their face for big damage every turn. They get to 10, CHOMP, back to 8. Rinse and repeat. It doesn’t always work (if they can use it prior to 10) but against certain combinations, awesome stuff.

Hela + IF with a purple generating support is murdering PVE, loving it.

The way brackets get broken up for full events and subs leads to some odd results sometimes. I just finished 15th in The Hunt, despite not making it into the top 20 in any of the three subs.

Altho, I guess in that one, playing the loaner node properly would make some of that difference, since it's in the main event page, and is open for the whole thing. One more reason I wish I could see leaderboards for the subs after they close.

The Deadpool side nodes say to unleash a barrage of Snarky Remarks, but that's a Bag-Man power, not Deadpool

Also, I really like it when the Chimichanga countdown expiring leads to a match that downs someone. Just because you know that's not the first time Deadpool has killed someone with a Chimichanga.

I have a feeling that this has been brought up before, but I couldn't find it while searching for skull, so I thought I'd drop it here. I *finally* managed to champion Domino (10 saved covers before I landed that 3rd black cover), and put her to work in the Sim. I paired her with my two favorite 4-stars, Carol and Wasp, as a trial run as a tag-team substitute for my beloved Mockingbird. I was facing an enemy Okoye, 3Cap, and 4Carol. Enemy Carol had a photonic barrage out, and I hit it with Domino's red. It killed Carol, and turned her tile into a skull! Tapping on the tile did nothing, and it finally changed back to a normal black basic tile when I killed another enemy.

On a different note, Cold War had me wishing that Misty Knight was in the game, so I could run her and Nebula alongside Bucky for a team entirely composed of people with bionic arms.

Coulson has a bionic hand if that’s good enough, and magik has a metal sleeve thing, which looks kinda similar

When Mordo defeats Strange in his Crash using his purple (as has happened every time this Crash has rolled around for me), I can’t help but think back to the “Buddha’s hand” from Kung Fu Hustle.  

...hopefully this isn’t a spoiler for Doctor Strange 2.

So, OML is the essential 5e, you have a stage called "Savage Beasts" and you have just inserted Wolverine's arch enemy in to the game, so whaddaya do for a match up? You have Hawkeye, a mindless one and...Wolverine. At least it wasn't Crydevil.

So what where they thinking when they lined up Shuri, Bullseye and that louse Cap'n versus Hawkeye, Thor and XWolvie in todays Behemoth? So funny to watch bullseyes purple blink furiously the whole match while the enemies causes massive cascades and speed shots. I had to bail and give bullseye a support that could make at least one special tile. Then it was a breeze. Heh.

Also - XForce Wolvie is the bad guy again? You would think there weren't 80+ 4* to choose from...

For the boss battle against Devil Dinosaur in the second sub of Carol's PVE, they should give you the option of either using Squirrel Girl solo or whatever team you want to select.  I had to use Squirrel Girl with two one-stars to give her a chance of revenge for Dino's Crash, without having her teammates inadvertently contribute.

Yeah, that one was frustrating. My Shuri was able to handle it, but having Bullseye just sit around and be useless was extremely annoying. 2* Cap, at least, I'm used to just sitting around and being useless

The real kicker for me is that it's not even a fictionally-appropriate team.  3* Panther with everything else the same makes MCU sense AND has more synergy.

Bullseye is never useless, just kill someone with his green, fill the board with strike tiles, go to town with his purple!

Admittedly that is a lot of ap required...

Bullseye is never useless, just kill someone with his green, fill the board with strike tiles, go to town with his purple!

Admittedly that is a lot of ap required... 

It was a red/green heavy board, so Shuri was pretty much having a field day with it anyhow.

I gave Bullseye a support that granted a chance for a protect tile, got it immediately, had a favorable board and could kill enemy #1 with his purple. Then I went to town with the strikes.

My First World MPQ problem is that my champed OML is so high of a level that my champed Okoye doesn't tank any colors in the Cosmic Chaos event.  Woe is me!
