Login Error Issues [Devs Aware]

    I play on both an ipad and an iphone, and I am getting this error on both devices.

    Nod. They can potentially find your account still but it's harder and takes time. With my kids accounts a few months back (they arent on facebook) we had to go:
    "This kid is connected to me by the friend recommendation code, he had exactly this many pink crystals and this rare but no mythics."
    Stuff to narrow it down to a single account...

    Already lost the green event (this one cost me 60 Gold), got 112 at the half of HoR event, performing perfectly until stucked, couldn’t play pharao’s event yet, lose lots of free packs, and couldn’t get my daily reward yet, was planning to farm some more Gold to get Ajani... this is the only game I’ve been playing.... Annoying bug.... Any solutions on their way??? When????

    Your game is based on time (unfortunately) if the bug solutions cost u guys time, u should think about the events mechanics... my time is running out for lots os things...

    For future reference, keep a screenshot of your UID. You can also check prior tickets. Also note your coalition & facebook info. they will find you.

    Make sure you note that in your ticket so you get your crystals back.

    That’s the second time happens, last time it took almost 6 days... not a single refund, they said me that a particular refund would be unfair to other players with the same problem

    Well, thinking of it, maybe I can get my UID from previous tickets somehow.
    But I don't think it will help, since it's a mass problem and it should be corrected for everybody, not just me.
    One more request won't speed up the process.

    Yup, that's what I'm thinking, too. It appears to be a problem that affects a larger group of people. It doesn't seem to be only Android users which I initially thought. Nevertheless I sent a ticket, but I don't think anyone will even be around or able to do anything during the weekend.

    Well, I've got a book to read, so it's not like I don't know how to pass the time. But after joining a new coalition I intended to make a good impression...

    In the same boat there, didn't even manage to get to where I usually do in these events, though that I managed as far as I did is all due to the help I got from the people there. Was on track to go beyond progression for once too.

    And another day is coming and it doesn’t get any better, still stucked, there goes a daily reward among all other losses, and probably all the weekend is going to be annoying... each frustrated try to login turns me so regret about the money spent

    I sent a note to in game tech support...one of their solutions, if you are on iOS, is to factory reset your device. LOL...so, I am going to reset my whole phone back to start, get all of my apps and settings put back on my phone just so I can play your game? That isn't a solution, that is a lost client.  Luckily I am on an Android, but if they can't get it fixed, starting over, means a lost client as well.

    It's an _insane_ solution to suggest because they CAN'T guarantee it's going to work even. It's just "something to try". Like "If you cut off your head and sew it back on maybe your cold will go away.".

    I thin I could probably sure them for that advice because they are forcing the loss of data for _other_ apps and personal data. That's not theirs, they can't do anything that causes damage to other parts of your life and just _recommending_ this step is doing that, it's actually severely negligent.

    Imagine the potential damage that might cause to someone's life who has everything on their phone but doesn't now enough about things to make sure it's backed up properly? It's criminal.

    The scary part, though, is that they aren't the only people saying that... EA games just suggested the same thing to me for _their_ app. (Which opens up the possibility of a class action against Apple really. If this is actually _necessary_)

    I can confirm this has worked for my wife, thanks @Brigby. Unfortunately not for me, the initial problem messed up my facebook account and connected it to a dodgy brand new account so I'm still jumping through hoops trying to get restored.
