    Despite Peggy taking over the #1 spot on @Jarvind ranking guide, I still believe Iceman is the best 4* character. His self-synergy is great. Definitely worth 240 CP if you have the ISO to champ.
    I spent 240 CP to get Iceman to 270. It's mixed emotions for me. Champ Iceman cost me 12 Classics pulls. That stings and I wonder if I made the right choice. Then I think about how I didn't really care for many of the "Latest 12" and I like Iceman and I think I made the right decision for me. Simply, there's no wrong choice there either way.
    IMO, you did. His stun is arguably the best in the game, certainly in the 4* tier. Whiteout is powerful and his purple can make it more powerful. Also, purple destroys some enemy red ap, good for avoiding a nuke. Great character!!

    If you haven't used him boosted yet, you are in for a treat during his feature event!!!
    For the record, while I have been mostly convinced that Peggy has a slight edge (her blue is an absolute game ender), the constant "OMG PEGGORZ IZ NOT TEH NUMBAR OEN?!?!!11one!1juan" comments were a nonzero factor in that change.

    It's also really difficult to gauge individual characters in a team game. Iceman and Peggy are both excellent at what they do. I wouldn't really get caught up in who the best 4-star is in the game since both have broad, useful roles that they're both very good at. I'd consider spending 240 CP on Bobby, but it'd depend on your roster and a few other factors.

    I've perused your ranking guide enough to know why she edged Iceman. I just know that I use unboosted Iceman far more often than unboosted Peggy. And to face, unboosted Peggy just isn't scary, she doesn't have enough health for her passive to be as effective and Iceman can hurt you boosted or not- his green is only 1 ap more than her blue and it deals the damage now and AoE.

    Overall though, I have to agree with @DesertTortoise and broaden it, I've found every one of my champ 4s useful at some point- even Mr. F and Elektra. They all can be powerhouses with the right team around them!!

    True story. I don't use Elektra much at all, but Elektra/Bum Fist/C4ge was an absolutely savage team in the Cage Match event.

    I had the H4H offer but then they took it away for Mr. F's crash. Not like I really wanted to throw 3600hp at Fist anyway.

    Not saying IF4 is worth 3600 HP, but he hits really hard on black and green. And has good self synergy also with blue feeding green which feeds black. Mine boosted to 398 in SS does 12k on green and gains 4 black or if there is only one enemy left deals an extra 3.3k damage. Black deals 27.7k. Both are at 5 covers.

    Just an FYI for anyone that doesn't know, when he is boosted send him as a teamup if you have him champed, a level 479 black IF tu hits for a little over 52k. Good for taking out low level champ BP (that's what I used it for the most), just gotta stun him first which sucks to waste a stun on someone your about to down, but......

    Between this thread and my spreadsheet, it appears the Behemoth Burritos for Mr. Fantastic, Nova, Ant-Man, Miles Morales, and Red Hulk are getting skipped? Is this accurate?

    Having Peggy boosted and Iceman as an essential should really make Heart of Darkness easy.

    So glad I'm skipping DP VS MPQ, otherwise I'd be too burned out to slog through HoD with my single covered Iceman. I finally rostered every 4*, I like seeing the blue shaded covers jump from 1* directly to 5*.

    Kinda feel cheated when characters who were just added a season ago are put on the boosted list (Yondu). It sucks that this seems to occur so often now, that one potential slot that could be used on the myriad of other 4* characters in the game.

    I have 30+ 4s boosted, but two weeks from now I'll be looking at Lockjaw on the boosted characters list.

    Only Peggy and Spider-Woman for me this week. Out of 42 champed 4*. Working on Falcon next (yay?), should be done for the last pvp event of the cycle.

    I think they have done one new release during the week that I recall.  At least, over the past year and 1/2 or so. So maybe they will do another one?  But I would not expect a major change in the pattern.

    I strongly perfer them over the weekend.  It's the only time I even have a chance at optimal play since the PvE time slices are so bad...

    And with the banner up for Hearts of Darkness, it appears that Crystal and Karnak are near-confirmed future additions to the game. Scroll through the effects of Royal Escort to preview the likely effects of Crystal's red and Karnak's black abilities.
    Also, good doggie gives us Symbiote Mutation's Guard Dog power finally. Take that Venom Bomb!
    Also, does something with Charged Tiles. Always glad to see someone who doesn't just throw charged tiles on the board, shrug, and go, "Well, there they are." Looking at you Rags, Surfer, and Chulk. (Not including Coulson and Riri who combine it with board manipulation.)
