    Oh, also time of day would be now - I do have a small bank of HP so using it wouldn't be awful, especially to get a cover I really want.

    just come in with a stacked + 20% damage boost and + 3all and maybe + 3 green/black and you would be set. At least as long as you can get a green match before hood takes it all away...

    1111! And reshielded for the remainder, so if I popped up for you, feel free to hit me. Might even win my bracket with this. Winning my first PvP bracket on my birthday would be nice, but I won't hold my breath (or unshield later if i get overtaken, got some plans icon_cool.gif )

    Thanks for the help sauce, if nothing else you gave me confidence I could do it. Those boosted fights are soooo much easier than what I was slogging through earlier with all the Hood/Spidey/OBW (pick 2) teams I kept seeing with a few Hulks thrown in as meat shields.

    Hah congrats! yeah, those boosts are no joke man! Just make sure not to start relying on them. Save them for pushes like this one!

    Hit a few forumites on the way there, but generally waited until their scores stopped moving so I could be sure-ish they were shielded. Hope I didn't nick anybody.

    And Mohio, you're right, there were lots of Hulks out there. It was really fun to kill them in one turn with max boosted Judgement, max Mag Translocation, max boosted Molotov, and max boosted Retribution, though. icon_e_biggrin.gif

    Yeah my go to move was saving up for Thunder Strike + Call the Storm, then Retribution off the last 4k. Wasn't terribly difficult, just sometimes took a while to gather all that AP.

    well im back and going to rank up as high as i can before i go to bed for something i have to do in the morning (Amazing spiderman 2 was AWESOME by the way) I'll probably only make it to like 450-500 but whatever its ok.

    Cripes, it's not that I see the same five people as I skip matches, and it's not that they all have 212/141/141 teams, it's that they all give me 17-18 points so attacking them just sets me up for an easy 40-point retaliation for them

    finally I found a guy worth some points and hit him 3 or so times

    You gotta do what you gotta do. If anyone at that level doesn't understand that give them a week or so to be in the same position and they'll figure it out pretty quick.

    wohoo got my full clip token and like ok so the reward color was the gold shield token and i was like "oh shiz is this my first punisher cover after like 4 full weeks of playing this game" but omg it was torchy yay now i can get him up to level 53!!!! I'm hoping they do hotshot soon during this versus season so I can like do so much better

    now that my heroes have to heal by themselves while my health packs have to recharge, now i have to sit at 318 points ;=; dont think i'll hit 600 in time to update Cap D;

    Anyway what I was saying is I got torch in my full clip token instead of punisher which threw me off because I thought I was getting my first punisher cover. Now that my heroes are healing while I'm waiting for my health packs to regenerate, my point count in this event has to stay at 318 icon_razz.gif

    And we have only 3 hours left until this event it over. I dont think I will reach my score goal in time. Oh well at least I tried. Congrats to everyone who reached 1100 to get their punisher covers xD

    last hour has been brutal for every match I win I come out and it says I have 3-5 losses. all the maxed punishers makes this really difficult, it's like maxed punisher plus OBW and another 2**

    I'm all shielded up at around 918 points (the highest I've ever gotten! Go me!) so if anyone sees me and feels like pouncing, be my guest. I don't really do the whole tank team thingy, so you'll see an OBW, a punisher and either a CStorm or a MagNow (can't remember which, memory like a sieve...)

    @900+ that looks like a tank team to me lol. Side note, I attack obw out of principle. Luckily, 90% of teams run her so I don't have to attack low point teams just for a principle. Also, I think they reverted the "see shielded opponents" again. Is what it is.
