    Dude, I don't. As long as players are screwed over this nonsense, there will be unhappy players. And the only way to express the unhappiness and try to reach something is to voice your feelings. And right now I am very unhappy by being screwed twice with this system back to back (BP and ****).
    I take your point, absolutely. We should all be here voicing our unhappyness.

    I have received this information from support as well. But regarding a hotfix, what's currently being worked on thereby explaining Nodes being pulled in favour for Terrors, what is that going to do to address those screwed out of Rishkar's?

    A previous inquiry regarding a progression reward, albeit slightly different, that I would've received barring being completely locked out of an Avacyn's Madness event was met with lacklustre response. Support cannot compensate for what would have been won (keep in mind tinykitty barred me from playing a single match). Now, they could certainly claim that in this situation as well... but a) I was able to play, b) I finished all my nodes, c) I pointed high enough to obtain the award and was first to do so, and d) the bug was no fault of mine own, and if this change were intentional, no proper communication was made available to the player base in the update notes. Do you understand the full scale of the dilemma here? Is support really going to check that many player accounts (2 platinum brackets alone) and correctly, appropriately rank them by time of event completion? Or will they hotfix solely for future events, and say, "Go get 'em next time!"?*** Though, there is no next time. This event had an exclusive mythic reward and such a broken exclusive at that.

    ***Keep in mind they have 2 coalition events to address and correctly reward all players on their plate to boot.

    Thank you in advance for your response and for all responses up until this point. You're doing as finea  job as I imagine you can in addressing these things for us more "hardcore" players. Bravo!

    Ahum... From the 2.1 release notes:

    Tiebreakers in Events

    We have also added a new rule when determining event winners: ties will now award the highest possible reward, as opposed to splitting players into a time-based ranking.

    For example, starting now, if 4 players are tied for first place, all 4 of them will receive the first place prize. The 5th player will receive the fifth place prize.

    Well done devs and @Brigby! Now, if I get the **** mythic and RE I should have received I'm totally happy again!

    To be fair, it wasn't doable while mythics were still everyday event prizes.

    @Brigby I heard that everyone who scored 266 should receive a copy of Rishkar's Expertise because that was the score that got us into the top 50. Because of the bug in tiebreaker system, some of us who were in the top 50 got pushed out by people scoring that afterwards. Do you know the status of this? How are we supposed to go about requesting this? I tried bumping my support ticket that was already open (that was put on pause a couple weeks ago) and then I am in the dark again. @PhoenixRisen was also with me in getting pushed out even though we both should be in the top 50.

    If you played in the Breaking Points event that gave out Rishkar's Expertise, and you encountered the bug where players pushed you out of top 50 when you had the same score as them, then please send a support ticket in and Customer Support will be able to assist you with receiving the appropriate reward.

    @Brigby Kudos to you guys for making this right! I have submitted a ticket with my original screenshot and will be waiting to see what Customer Support says.
