    Wait, so we spent ten days looking and it turns out he was hiding at the top of the PVP leaderboards? No wonder it took so long to find him; that is the last place I would have looked.

    Why buff oBW and punish the users? Logical thinking, never heard of it. As if they wanted us to respec oBW to 5-3-5 (rejoice, pasa). Which will never happen lol.

    agreed. What's the point of buffing a character if it's really screwing you in the end.

    for me, I got my first 395 bullseye 3 I think 2-3 days from the end. By the last day, bullseye 1, 2 & 3 were all 395, as was at least Ares in Florida.
