        Is Red Hulk going to be perm boosted? I have 3 covers for Medusa to be applied and was going to champ her next but constantly boosting Red Hulk I may as well get him done first instead.

        Well, he's buffed for one PVP event only. Off-Season events usually have their own list of buffed characters.

        It's still the 3rd or 4th time in a pretty short period, regardless of the circumstances.

        Welcome back! Hope your holidays were good. Now, to "business."

        1. Should we expect any compensation from the Galactus node lock issue, or will that just be considered "fair" since everyone had the chance to get the bug. CS closed my initial ticket as a known issue.

        2. Why the skip to Ghost Rider in DDQ Titans? Not that I'm complaining, my Spider Woman and Wasp would have lost. Just confused.

        3. R117 breaks IM40 and others, introducing some AP cost jank. Whats up with that? This is a bug and not an intended rework, right?

        There were some changes to the previous weekly buffs when we were gone on break, so Carnage was actually buffed that week, not War Machine. I have updated the document to reflect this.

        Here's the issue, the above list was published in September and since it's posting, 4 months ago, not once has it deviated.

        Despite claims aiming to improve communication and transparency, they completely ignore the issue until they have a vetted response. Can't say "we are aware and are looking into this" or explain the surprise patch.

        They are not listening.

        For us PvE folk, he hasn't been a boosted non-essential since 11.3.16.
