Unstable ISO-8 Rerun 4/1 - 4/7

For someone new to game and had luck getting storm and thor from wasting recruit tokens, HR points and iso crystals before reading the tips for the game, i managed to get to rank 157 in this event. Shame im not in an alliance yet. And i can only do the low level events because my highest level hero is only level 14. I know it stinks.

well i just did another mission so now I have 10740 points. trying to get 15000 for the two start recruit token but i dont think i can get there in time for the last few hours of the event. now rank 152.

yeah kinda figured. I just started a few days ago and my highest card is only Iron man at level 14 and only Thor and Storm is powered up but only gets to level 46 so i can only play the stupid low level missions. I dont even dare touch the deadly levels.

You should just search for something random like 'the' in the Alliance tab and try and find a public alliance that has an open slot. The more players in an alliance, the better you're chances of getting the top rewards. Better to be in any alliance than none at all. I recently joined the public alliance BROTHER, and we're doing quite well in the tournament. Can't believe it's taken until now for me to join one!

I dont want to find something random. I joined this forum for a reason, not to only talk about how awesome this game and all the events, but to actually join a fun friendly alliance I can communicate with. Joining something random might not be so good.

I'll most likely read up on all the alliances here as well as hope for someone to see my message on the one thread i posted in. I will keep looking in game as well. I'll do the best I can if I'm too weak to join then i'll just have to keep leveling up until I'm qualified enough to join any alliance.

I agree. I was apprehensive about joining a public alliance, but you don't have to commit for life! You can leave at any time and find another if you don't feel it's right for you. Not being a member of an alliance will hinder your progress. It can only help! Also, it's not all about the strength of your roster, more so the points you accumulate in the events. A strong alliance consists of members who consistently score well in the events, not necessarily teams full of 141 3* characters.

Yeah, there is 0 downside to joining a random public alliance right now: browse around and see how well they're doing in the pve event before joining to maximize rewards.

Do yourself a favor and join a public alliance at least until the end of Unstable ISO. Drop after the event if it's not a good fit. You're leaving HP and ISO on the table. A true MPQ metagamer leaves nothing on the table... not HP... not ISO... not sleep.. Just ask my European friends who are setting their alarm clocks to 3am for a grind to the finish line.

yeah im checking out them now i joined one but it only had two members but like... they are not even in a good spot. I rather not do that but I'll look for one more group and stick with them for now until someone here is willing to take me in, even if im still new to this game. would be nice!

and i can only do a few more missions, before the iso intake is only one, then i can only wait and watch my rank. I can't do those deadly missions. I can't trust them. I'll only kill my team. So much for starting late . If i can stay between `100-200, I can survive and get Johnny, which im trying to get, I have no idea who Ares is.

When you're searching for public alliances, try and find one with a lot of members. The more members, the more combined points, the more rewards! Given that you're new to the game, there is a lot to learn about event tactics, character strengths, compositions, and team combinations, so I suggest you frequently browse through the forums for advice. I learnt everything I know from these forums!
