    I know, before him, I had 100% success rate reporting cheaters. I have literally had people remove from one of my alliances because I have 0 tolerance for it. I dug deeper and it was revealed that slobofix was indeed a rich prince. He probably doesn't even know we talk about him...

    So we finally have to accept that good ole Slobofix is some Arabian prince I guess.

    Hey team,

    I wanted to let everyone know that I am going on vacation tomorrow, and I'll be spending quite a bit of time on the road. My Puzzle Quest play time is probably going to be pretty limited until May 22nd. I'll hopefully have time to play at least a couple of matches a day over the next week.

    Everyone...for those who did not yet know Mikey our topscorer is leaving us for the top 3 Alliance the X-Men. A understandable choice and i wish him all the luck and fun over there! Will you stay with us untill the end of the 1st Season??

    Do you mean me as we're in the same S1 bracket? As for that, top 10 and top 25 are virtually the same and I can't really aim for top 5 imo.

    Yes, our season standings are still decent, we just need more consistent activity from all the members and not just to rely on the usual scorers.

    Yea locked I have seen you pop in and out of top 10 season main. I think I am safe for 1st next season I'll be back to my casual style. Well hope you guys get the rewards you need.

    I've been thinking a bit about Seasons, many players quitting/taking it easier, and stuff.
    There's no shame in not making a match-3 game your second job or something.

    So I'm asking you, my fellow alliance mates, if we're okay with only coming top 50 occasionally and mostly resigning ourselves to top 100 in PvPs?
    (By the way, non-cover range is absolutely unacceptable! (c) Lemongrab j/k lol)

    We're already doing pretty much the same for PvEs, usually just going for cover range and that's the important thing anyway, since PvE scaling is all too real. If we do better, it's just icing on top.

    That would mean less alliance HP and ISO, for sure. Personally I'm okay with pushing to 900 or so every PvP event, higher if there are progression rewards of value. It's not like I have too much social life going on!

    I know that some of us aim to score even better for most tourneys, but the truth is that mostly (at least half of us) we're casuals and have RL, families, vacations, superhero duties, and what not.

    Maybe I shouldn't even be asking that question, but I don't want our best scorers to feel unappreciated or something like that. That's definitely not true, but it's also hard to keep scoring top 50 if 5-6 people of an alliance take it easy all at once.

    If you feel tired with all the nerfs to rewards, Season grinding and everything, don't be shy to admit that, I am feeling that burnout myself - mostly because I'm not sure if we as an alliance even need all that. Sure, we are mostly random folks grouped together but I would still like us to have some common goals and attitudes. I hope that we continue to enjoy the game, whatever nerfs and funbalance come, and be able to help each other.

    What do you think? Should we have an outline, a plan, or just go with the flow?

    HP is very important to me at this stage in the game, so I really think we should be pushing for top 50 every time. If we can all in the at least 600 range (which is cake), top 50 will just come naturally, cuz there's always gonna be a few of us going for 1100 progression rewards.

    Shrug. Just my vote.

    I know I'm trying to step up my game, cuz these last few events, I've scored about ten points too low to get the reward tier I wanted. The competition is getting stronger. The rewards, however, are getting lamer... Hopefully the devs step up their game too and stop offering Ragnarok and Loki.

    The cover is what really matters to me. Receiving more hp also helps, but it's not that big of a deal to me.

    I "just" wanted to thank you all for a great alliance, all the rewards we earned together and even your good wishes as I deserted you! Shows what a great group it is.

    Competing in a top alliance was an itch for me to scratch - getting a thrill from pushing to win and going the extra mile, given that i already have most covers and my favourite characters maxed. You never know I might be back cap in hand in 3 months wanting to go casual again if you have a spot icon_e_smile.gif

    I think cover territory is the important thing for all alliances, especially for new characters. This just needs regular players rather than crazy scores. The extra HP from placing really high is probably spent on shields anyway, and you can get more iso from one lightning round than top place in a 3 day pvp. Obviously I don't have a say any more but my 2 cents anyway!

    Good luck and i'll try to skip you or at least give you a juicy retal!
