Hello all - I am looking to possibly join you. Based on the criteria from page one:
a) I am quite competitive - I do have every 3* character in the game with the exception of 3* Thor which should be remedied by the end of the Heroic Event. I agree with a course of action that tries to be as fair as possible to everyone involved, including both our group of 18 (especially the big spenders at the end) and people not currently in our group. I am a fan of radiopy's 'solution' to have the last two spots be rotating for now. As alliances are allowed to grow, and as new features are added, I think there will absolutely be room for additional permanent members, but I'm not sure now is the time for that. The alliance situation is designed in a way that some people will necessarily be excluded, and I hate doing that to anyone, but there's simply no way around a 20 person limit. If you're interested, stick around and keep in touch, but at this point we can't make promises to anyone.

As for Lord of Thunder, I'm shielded in 2nd place at 875 and hoping to take my Psylocke to 433. Is 535 the agreed upon best build? I have her at level 64 right now but I think any and all 'extra' iso is going to go to LazyThor or Hood.

I shielded at #2 last night and have fallen to #9. I might "phoenix out" of my shield with about 10 minutes to spare and make a drive for top 5 but given so many people's obsession with Psylocke I am worried I'll lose spots.

I am not a fan of Psylocke's blue, but I also prefer Punisher or Black Panther for black. I'd probably go 5/3/5 for now, but paring that blue with someone like Hood who can trigger countdown tiles is not a bad idea.

So everyone seems to hate Divine Champions, but I'm not quite sure why. I just run an 85 Ares (buffed to 126), 141 Punisher and 85 OBW and decimate the population, winning tons of defensive battles along the way. Am I missing something?

I'm going to tank it because I don't need dr.doom and want to be prepare for alliance stuff over the weekend. I'll miss on 100hp but that';s alright.

Imho PvP is tiny lil bit boring these days, maybe they shouldnt only feature the same 4 heroes >.>

If you want to compete, you joined a bracket way too early. I usually go for 15 hours before the end. I'm just tanking in this one tho.

Yeah I'd say 535 is best build since blue is just too situational.

That's how I see it too lol. Just use this event to play and get ISO then tank it then play it some more. Even without shield top 25 is easy enough, I'm just aiming for the ISO and some bonus HP
Got 10k worth of ISO today just from lightning rounds, Spidey's gonna get a good dinner tonight.

Running out of gas (and health packs) but managed to sit at #16 in the Juggs tourney with all of the upper-right nodes refreshed and waiting to clear. Managed to pull a green Lazy Thor from an Unstoppable token so he's sitting at 0/1/3 right now. I'd really like a red for him, but seeing as that's the worst color now I'd be okay with an 0/2/4 start.

Similar to BP and Psylocke, I have a feeling he's going to be shoved down our throats for a little while now (although a heroic tournament that is basically unwinnable without Lazy Thor with Lazy Thor as a prize is a bit odd).

Regardless, enjoyed this Heroic event much more than the previous iterations. It wouldn't surprise me if they go Lazy Heroic and fire off a round 3 though to ease them through the weekend.

I entered yesterday to be in a bracket where I would have to do 2 clears. So I did the first clear, although not completely as I left a few nodes untouched, and went up to 9th then stopped. This morning I woke up and I was down to 14 which wasn't a smaller drop than I was expecting. I'm waiting for people to get more points before starting my 2nd clear, which I'll do more fully this time.

I don't want to finish first or second, but I definitely want top 10 as my thor is now 2/5/4, thus needing a difficult-to-get red.

A new Simulator is starting tomorrow with 'Captain America - Steve Rogers' as a new winnable character. It's most likely that he's a 3star LazyCaptain, and it will be interesting to see if he's worth putting any ISO into or if he's like his 2star brother. I have a feeling that I will not be trying as hard to win 3 covers as I did for LazyThor, but we'll see.

I think it's likely that there will be alliance rewards, which will be pretty cool as we have an awesome alliance.
