Lol, he's not cheating either.0 -

My roaster is far better but i can't manage all the battles even with BP @ 94 and 5 black cover (I can strike a whole team just by one attack. He is clearly cheated)
The braindead scaling -- he probably fights lvl50 stuff while you 150 or 230 ones. Less time more reward. MPQ jr. just for you.
Also IceIX just disclosed on the other thread that scaling is closely related to health loss. So lack of OBW and other things that makes you win without health loss means lesser enemies. And probably you can advance by sacrificing your roster before going to sleep. The very opposite of gaming if you ask me, but my view is irrelevant.

Can you point me in the direction of this post?
Thank you.

I started quite decently being close to top 1000 after the 3rd day, but I decided to tank the event after the last 4 simultaneous subs. Having to fight 180+ goons in most of them is not my definition of fun. As a result, I am less stressed and I won't have to worry about making room for Thor 3*. I hope they find a way to make the game fun again, but with Dark Souls II and Titanfall launching this week I will probably take a long break from the game anyway. It's time for some meaningful and enjoyable gaming.0

I think the devs didn't anticipate just how many points are coming from the main map missions. They weren't repeatable in the first two Hulks.0

Anyone in the #100-200 range able to post their points here? I'm around #300, wanna know if it's worth to try to get more points to get the X-Force cover.0

#100 exactly with 168174
@.@ 12K points behind you at #290 now. Too much to overcome unless many people slack off.pasa_ wrote:MikeHock wrote:"Also IceIX just disclosed on the other thread that scaling is closely related to health loss"

I think they are not even close to getting a proper scaling system as I've retreated a few times, used boosts but lost, have my team wiped out etc but still got 230 DAs in one of the previous sub events. The sub events for me started out manageable, manageable, crazy, crazy, and back to manageable now.0 -

Most events they keep it changing on the go -- I recall event (the DD one?) levels dropped form 200 to 50 for the last 8 hours, those who was around could make some serious workup. In hulk first days I observed wild swings in both directions. See how many suggestions to just restart the game to see 50 instead of 180.
Unfortunately devs look obsessed with this **** no matter how it fails to improve and how unpromising it is even if worked by intentions. 4th event in a row ruined by it, mass request to cancel (with rare exceptions like jozier but they just plow ahead. MEH.0 -

The list is very very dense. I am #49 with 176k. If you don't play for a day, you can fall more than a thousand positions :S
Someone in the #1000 range?0 -

I'm at #503 with 150459. Sub-events are worth a crapload atm right now (most being 3433 from Black Panther), haven't touched them beyond initial mission. I'm hoping to push for top 200 again (as I was there before this sub event bracketing started), but I won't shed any tears if I can't get that high again.0 -
At #282 with 158K. Going to a movie with the missus and friends tonight, so I won't be able to compete for Top 20s at the close of these subs, but will do another partial clear before we leave to stay in good standing in the main bracket. The subs that end on Wed/Thurs (US time zones) will be the ones that solidify final main bracket placement, assuming that the last day is a static single clear set of missions like the first two iterations of this event.0

If anyone needs to know the points for #2000+, let me know...0

I thought I miss out on Punisher red due to the crazy levels in one of the previous subs... at least I can get it as soon as the main refreshes.
Now to fight for Gold THOR!0 -
Did people forget that the hard bracket always had level 230 enemies at the end and the mid range stuff were usually level 200, and that the enemy had a pre nerf Ragnarok? Yes Wolverine was boosted back then and AP boosts were cheap too, but Ragnarok can still kill you half of the time with a single red match.0

What's funny about this event, is that I've actually had fewer 230 battles than the first two iterations of The Hulk. If that's true for me, then it's probably true for 99.9% of players, as well. The overall average of levels in battle is higher, but it just got rid of a bunch of those less than lvl 50 battles that you could win blindfolded.0 -

Yep that's my recollection as well. But if I recall correctly, weren't the top rewards for the first 300 spots? Or was it also the first 200 like it is now?0 -
I'm finally done the crazy amount of work that kept me busy all weekend so I can grind a little more. But I'm guaranteed my 3 Thor covers so that's all I really need.0

You're right, it was Top 300.0 -

Yea, Nemek is right. That's been my experience as well.
I don't mind lvl 230's, it's just that a few select characters become a joke to handle at that lvl (Ares, Juggs to name a few).0
