    Not going to lie, I miss reading the chat in the morning to see what you all were talking about while I was sleeping.

    I was surprised to see USER311 join me. I really hope I didn't trigger an mass exodus. I just wanted there to be a backup alliance for anyone that wanted a break.

    The irony of it all is that I'll probably put up some decent points for the Laken covers as I need blue and black only.

    @DD - if you don't find anyone new by the end of Heavy Metal I'd be happy to jump in there to help and claim that extra cover. I think it would be great if CareBearCave could be an alliance where people that wanted to take an event break could go to and have someone else jump in because they might need a cover that someone else doesn't. But that's just my hope and maybe it's too much micro management to be practical.

    @Tonzil - so far it's only me and USER311 in CareBearCave

    @USER311 - if I had someone to play MarioKart with I'd totally be doing that instead.

    I went to sleep last night without putting in a final round of clears on PvE subs or really doing much at all in the game. I'm pretty sure it's the first night in weeks that I didn't stay up until midnight laying in bed playing MPQ. I figured I might as well get a good night's sleep while I still can. Thankfully these PvE subs are generous with tokens and being in the top 200 still got me an event token which I cashed in this morning for a X-Force Wolverine. He's sitting at 4/4/4 for me now, almost fully covered. It's going to be weird having two fully covered 4 stars.

    I have zero points in Heavy Metal right now but intend to get up to at least 500 by the end of the day, hopefully better, and then shield up depending on where I stand. I will definitely not be available throughout tomorrow most of the day, maybe a bit tomorrow night. After that it's up in the air. icon_e_surprised.gificon_e_surprised.gificon_e_surprised.gif

    I don't see a request from you fedlex, so yeah, maybe you need to wait a while. Will be fun to have you aboard. Now we just need to bring in Purinxa and a few of the other grandpa bears and maybe we'll have a top 100 alliance soon icon_e_wink.gif

    That would be ideal seeing as it's the only place to communicate with bears in both alliances. It's not like the 3-person CareBearCave is going to be discussion deep strats icon_lol.gif

    And with three people how much drama could we cause icon_e_wink.gif

    It's nice to share the success of CBS even without receiving the rewards.

    I know I have only been here a day but I like the idea of more people staying within the 'family' gives people the option of coordinating naps at the cave if they are going to be away for any time.

    Exactly. I think it's been discussed here and there but I don't think it's ever been acted upon until now. It would be nice to have an upper tier and lower tier alliance that people can move down to if they need a break or move up to if they are wanted to be competitive and do the grinding it takes to keep the high rankings. I think we'd have far fewer bears burning out and leaving.

    I can't imagine it becoming a problem unless the cave fills up quite a bit more than its current occupants.


    On an unrelated topic: come on CareBears! I know it's the off-season, but I can't be the only one who badly wants Laken covers (those luscious abs…). In fact I know he is under covered for many. Can't we push just a little bit? A tiny little bit?
